This home had everything needed for a relaxing long weekend away. It is in a great neighborhood and location for Mesquite. Lindsey was very responsive when dealing with requests, not because anything was wrong, i was just needy, but she was on point! Loved the pool, putting green, hot tub, and critter watching(bunnies, quail, nothing scary). Thanks for creating such a great place to enjoy time with family and friends! We will definitely visit again!

Four couples stayed here very comfortably and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. Came down to escape the snow and play some golf. The backyard is perfect and there is plenty of room for 8 people. The kitchen is stocked with all of the pots and pans you will need. We will be back next year.

The pool, hot tub, and putting green is awesome, but the outdoor living space is tremendous when you have 8 people. The beds are all comfortable, enough room for everyone to sit back and relax.

We were gone all day every day doing activities, so we did not get to enjoy it during the day. But it was a super quiet location, so it was easy to relax once we were back from long days out doing stuff. The beds were awesome! We will be looking to stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Everything was great, highly recommend the property, pool would have been nice, but it’s winter, hot tub was great and was everything I could have hoped for !!

We expected a higher level experience for the price. No hot water for the first 3 days, sporadic thereafter; limited use of hot tub to 4 hours w/jets controlled by owner; dirty BBQ; no internet for 1 1/2 days; 1 washcloth in the Master; 1 hair dryer; $225 per day for heated pool (required full stay payment); multiple texts, emails, calls to resolve issues. Unreasonable owner to provide even a partial refund for all the issues during the stay. Would NOT recommend. Better and cheaper other properties were rented by friends.

Outstanding place. Great for families getting together, guys or gals golf trips. Hostess was accessible and great. Pool and Spa were top notch and very clean.

Property was just as advertised. Amazing pool, spa, patio and backyard for entertaining. Property is located near several nice gold courses and casinos as well as close to all the necessities you need like food and beverages! Owner was very quick to respond with a y questions we had on things as well. Would definitely rent again next time we visit Mesquite.

Fun for the family
Our family had a great time during our stay. The pool is amazing and we spent the majority of our time swimming. The home is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Lindsey was easy to communicate with and was always prompt getting back to me.

Beautiful home with an amazing swimming pool
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The swimming pool area has lots of shade and seating. The pool has a flat shallow area for kids to play, and a box full of pool toys on the side of the house. The hot tub is good, and the ambient lighting makes soaking at night really nice. Inside the home everything is placed in logical places, so we never had problems finding anything. Being able to park in the garage was also a nice feature. I would highly recommend this property for a family getaway, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Golf Getaway with buddies
House was well appointed and comfortable. It will be even nicer once the pool is finished. Close proximity to golf courses and other Mesquite attractions. Lindsey was available and quick to reply to texts.

This house was perfect for four of us staying in Mesquite for a golf trip. Every thing worked great, the location of the house is superb for the golf courses but also the shops and casinos, the bed rooms are an excellent size and the house itself impeccable. However the highlight is interacting with Lindsey, she is so quick to respond and so helpful that it is an absolute pleasure to deal with her. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great Home
We stayed here for soccer tournament and it's conveniently located next to the soccer field. We really excited for the pool and hot tub to be built in the backyard. My kids want to go back once those are available. The homeowner was great to work with and overall we had a great stay.
