Exactly as pictured and walking distance to everything. A wonderful, clean and secure home base for a girls getaway in Victoria!

Short walk to downtown, very comfortable, lots of room. We would absolutely stay here again! Quick note, you need to get to the elevator and select your floor within 60 seconds of buzzing in, we dawdled the first time, was a bit confusing...

Stayed with a small group of friends for the Ironman race. Good downtown location and was walkable to lots of dining and entertainment. Plenty of space for us to stretch out.

We loved staying here - the location is central and an easy walk to all the downtown attractions. Easy to access, dedicated and secured underground parking spot, and absolutely great condo unit which was well-appointed with everything we could need!

We were a group of five friends that enjoyed our stay in the condo. It is spacious and light filled with floor to ceiling windows. The gas fireplace added a cozy feel to our morning coffee and evening wind down from touring Victoria. It is an easy though slight uphill walk from the ferry harbor. The location near the top of China Town lent for easy access to all of our adventures in Victoria. The staff were responsive through text messaging. The condo easily accommodated a large group!

Overall a positive experience staying at this property! Lots of living space and the location is great to explore. Would likely book here again. Note that the third bedroom is much more of a windowless den - which was comfortable but still worth mentioning. Parking and building access were simple. Unit needs a bit of TLC but enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

Would definitely rent again

Generally everything was fine. The only comments were: 1 - one of the chesterfields was badly stained to the extent that we covered it with a blanket. 2 - The dishwasher was not installed, when we went to open the door the whole dishwasher came away from the counter

This property was great and spacious as promised. We’d definitely recommend to friends and family.

We loved the condo and it was perfect for 6 of us with lots of room. The beds were comfortable and it's nice to have an outdoor deck. The in house laundry was a bonus as well. The area was great and easy walking distance to shops and downtown. A couple of downsides but not enough that I would not stay again. * When we arrived there was an old dishwasher in the entryway and then new one not hooked up. I got a call advising that someone would pick up the old and an electrician would arrive the next day. The old was removed but we never saw an electrician so the new dishwasher never worked. A bit of an inconvenience with 6 people eating meals. * There is only one towel & facecloth per person, one hand towel per bathroom, one dishtowel, no dishcloth. We could have used a few extra towels for the kitchen (especially because the dishwasher didn't work) * We cooked meals at the condo and there was not enough cutlery for 6 people...some of us had to use spoons to eat our meals. As a suggestion, the host should go through the condo and ensure that there are enough dishes, cutlery etc. on a regular basis and a few extra towels would be a nice touch. We had a great time visiting Victoria and I would recommend this place to my friends with a heads up about the supplies! LS

Great apartment very spacious and clean with the exception of the master bedroom carpet and couch, it is a little over priced.

Fantastic property in downtown Victoria. Super clean, great communication, comfy beds, walk everywhere! We had a wonderful stay!

Nice walk into the harbour area. Well equipped unit. Checkin was very easy. The only drawbacks were around the cleanliness. Carpets and walls seemed unclean and worn. A bit uncomfortable on that front.

My Husband and I had two sisters with us 90 and 83 both were so happy with the unit. very spacious everyone had their own rooms for sleeping. the master suite was amazing and gave my husband and I a bit of privacy with the lovely seating area. Lots of windows very bright. I am sure any family would enjoy this space. Gloria Fitt

Great sized condo for a vacation stay was within walking distance of the harbor. Was a quiet area with bars, restaurants and shops very close. Lots of windows giving plenty of light and great security.

This property was in a great location for our needs. We were able to park the car and not have to use it for 3 days. The condo was very comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with Nico and Robert was outstanding. They answered all of our questions and took care of all our needs. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was a convenient location close to the downtown core. The building is nice and the layout of the apartment is nice and open. Beds were quite comfortable (maybe a bit soft for some). The kitchen had plenty of dishes etc., but we did find that we were low on linens. A bit disappointing when I asked the owner about it and apparently housekeeping was running low on the usual amount of facecloths and hand towels that they normally keep stocked. We all felt that the house cleaning department could do better. I feel petty mentioning dust and burnt out lights but when you spend the kind of money we spent on a place for 3 nights, I expect it to be quite clean and have access to linens as needed. Apart from that, the place was great.

This condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and roomy. Walking distance to shops bars and restaurants. Perfect for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Other than some small glitches with the security fob access everything was perfect. Hosts Nico and Rob were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions
