Property was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was surprisingly large. Very nice.

Cozy room but it was just what we needed! Close to NMSU, and a neighborhood setting where it was easier to walk our dog.

Nice place, cozy. Perfect for two people. But I have to say this - the floors were filthy. I had on white socks and after walking around in there I had to throw them away - they were black on the soles, ruined; beyond stain remover and wash. That totally grossed me out. Also, there are hardly any power outlets so if you stay here I’d recommend bringing a multi-plug adapter for your electronics. We had to unplug the single lamp we had in order to charge our phone. Everything else was good.

Nice place, cozy. Perfect for two people. But I have to say this - the floors were filthy. I spent 5 nights in this nice studio while visiting relatives. Everything was seamless, from check-in to checkout. Nice neighborhood slightly higher elevation than downtown, thus with a nice view of Las Cruces.
