We experienced some difficulty with the entrance code upon arrival. Issue was quickly resolved with a couple of texts with Vacasa representative. Loved the location to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Will definitely return.

The location of this condo is a winner. We enjoyed the view and closeness to the beach. The problems include an old, uncomfortable couch and recliner that we covered with sheets. The washing machine did not work properly. One of the tv remotes was taped shut and didn’t work. There were no instructions for our stay in the unit. This place would benefit from an update.

Hello. The location was perfect , and the location clean. I had a little trouble with getting in, but another nice guest was helpful. I believe the bedroom needs an updated bed, as the one there has seen better days. The same for the hide a bed. Also, a curtain over the window would be helpful as the light from the hallway shines through all night making it difficult to sleep without a mask. Enjoyed our stay.

I was impressed with the location and the condo. It was very comfortable and clean. It was close to everything I needed to get to,to enjoy my stay. This was not my first time but I really enjoyed the condo. I felt really secure there since it was my first time at 72 going alone.

The condo was easy to find and details for entry were communicated well in advance. The condo was cozy and clean, we had everything we needed. Great view of the beach and waterfront! We enjoyed the location near the Hangout and other fun restaurants.

The Condo is an older building but the room has been updated and is perfect for a couple or a small family. Great location with multiple things within walking distance. Can’t beat the price for the location and cleanliness of the room.

It was advertised to sleep 6 but only had 2 towels and no bedding for the sofa sleeper.

It was bigger than other condos we've stayed in. The sleeper sofa was worn out and squeaky. We didn't have extra linens and pillows or blankets. It did have a more homey feel than other condos.

A perfect location, very clean and well appointed. TV issues were resolved immediately! Bought a crock pot for us to use!

This condo was nice, roomy & clean. I said it was “near perfect” because the bed was awful. We could hardly rest at all because of the poor mattress & extremely flat pillows. The coverlet seemed more like a light weight curtain panel. Updating the mattress, pillows & bedding would make it perfect!

Great location - right on the beach. We had a snafu with the wrong code that was quickly corrected. There were a few minor issues with the property. There was a backflow with the garbage disposal. The sheets for the bed were cheap. One bedsheet was undersized. It would have been nice to have upgraded bedding from the mattress to the covers. Overall we got a good deal on the price for a beachfront location and received immediate, friendly correspondence when promoted.

Everything was great till maintenance stole our beach towels from pool chairs. We had 4 witnesses we confronted this person who said he threw them in the dumpster. We went to the dumpster with him and they were not there. We reported this on 07-06 and have heard nothing.

Issues with lock, no parking pass in unit, stain on couch that appeared to be blood, sheets didn't fit master bed, floor was sandy, items very disorganized in cabinets and some fell out when cabinet was opened, light didn't work in bedroom. The only plus was the beautiful view and good access to the beach .

Very Convenient Condo
The Condo is very peaceful. Good location to surrounding places such as restaurants, activities and of course the beach. The only issue we found was that the shower didn’t drain well, and the queen bed felt more like a full size and wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that it was a nice little condo.

Everything was great. The only negative I have is the ice maker did not work and the bedroom light switch was broken.
