Our family stayed at this beautiful home for a much needed week together. We could not have been more pleased with the layout of the house, the amenities which were provided and us the location. Not to mention everything was brand new as it had just been renovated. The house decor, and beautiful furniture were over the top. Chrissy checked with us every day to see if we needed anything and I felt so well taken care of before and after our week there.The house was so clean and we and joyed the gorgeous sunsets every night, the dolphins and manatees, and just being in the most beautiful place. We will definitely be back again and will continue to pray for the healing of this community.

We absolutely loved this property with the exception of early morning construction next door. Thankfully the concierge for the property - Crissy Crook has a very good relationship with the project manager and was able to at least ask for the workers to work quietly until 8. Unfortunately we were there the week framing was taking place- last week, and it will be complete end of this week. If you plan to book this house I suggest you check to see what phase of construction is taking place. Chrissy was able to get a schedule of work from the project manager. The construction has been kind of ebb and flow and some days are quiet while others are louder. Crissy was SO communicative and on top of it. She checked in on us everyday. She had an assistant stop by to check out the noise level. Her service was outstanding! We had a late flight arriving on Sat and she even made a small trip to the grocery so that we could have enough to get us through Sat night and Sunday morning! The house is fully stocked as far as the essentials which made it so easy to arrive. It really feels like a home away from home- the owners have thought of everything. We used all of the outdoor space- the upper balcony is nice in the mornings and then as the sun rises and that deck get sun, the lower deck process plenty of shade. It’s great for grilling, cards, relaxing. We saw manatees and dolphins from the deck everyday! The welcome book is so handy and even included the QR code to order groceries. We will go back!

This was a very nice home, located right on the beach, in a good neighborhood, the house was pretty clean. Crissy, the manager, was very attentive and responded to our request to fix the slider lock the very next day and checked on us to make sure we have everything we need. . The only complaint was the noisy construction right next door, which might be done soon. Thing is the noise started promptly every morning at 7 am, including on Saturday. No big deal if you are a morning person, but if you want to rest and enjoy some sleeping in and some quiet time, you will have a little unexpected noisy surprise. I wish I knew in advance about the construction, that's all. You might want to check to see if the construction next door is finished if you are looking forward to some peace and quiet. Other than that, 5 stars all the way :)

Everything about this home was top-notch, from the recent renovations to the comforts provided to the cleanliness to the great property manager Crissy who checked in with us frequently to be sure we were satisfied. We are definite return customers and we, our kids and grands age 1 to 6 loved every minute of it!

The beach is literally right outside the door. It’s a beautiful beach, we saw dolphins swimming by, saw a starfish is the water, and sand dollars as well as many shells on the beach. It’s convenient for a family, you can run back and forth with the kids. The house and outdoor area is spacious, also well suited for a family.

I have always wanted to stay in a house on the beach, and this home did not disappoint. It was not just a place to stay but a lifestyle. Our agenda every day—play in the sand and water! The house is so comfortable and well thought out. The sunsets are amazing. We saw dolphins, manatees, we found sand dollars, crabs and shell creatures. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with quality cookware. The place was immaculately clean. You will not want to leave the house for fear of missing a moment :)

Family beach vacation
The family enjoyed the placed and had a great time. The place was extremely clean, the facilities were spacious, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, fabulous laundry rooms, abundant top quality bathroom towels and beach towels. The property manager contacted us to see if we needed anything and immediately answered questions when contacted. The proximity to the beach is amazingly convenient. The neighborhood is very nice and there are all kind of restaurants, groceries, and stores in the vicinity. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great Family Beach House Right on the Ocean
This place was wonderful and is perfect for a relaxing family beach week . We had great communication from the property manager and owner the entire stay. The upstairs was nicely renovated with a great deck over overlooking the ocean where you can watch the sunsets every night and they had plenty of good beach chairs as well.

Oasis at the beach
You can't beat sitting on your back porch with the sunsetting over the water every night. The home was well maintained, clean and airy. The property management was top notch. Very responsive and adhered to all covid rules. We hope to make it back here sometime soon.

Overall a great stay. Unfortunate that construction was going on one house away with noise from 7:00 am sharp till late afternoon, this did distract from the wonderful location and view. 8 family members and we had plenty of room.

It is very clean with all the amenities of home. Beautiful place and right on a the beach with beautiful sunset views each night. The owner and property manager are great! We plan to come back!

Great place for a large group
This property worked well for us because we wanted some separation in our group. The upstairs and downstairs are two separate units, which was great in this time of Covid. We had some people with underlying health issues who did not feel comfortable staying in a home that was shared with others. But, in this home we were able to provide some separation.
The downstairs outdoor area was a great place for everyone to gather. It was still a bit hot in early October, so the upstairs deck was not comfortable in the afternoon due to the direct exposure to the sun.
There were plenty of beach toys for the kids (ages 18 months to 9 years) and plenty of chairs for everyone on the beach. In addition, there are plenty of beach towels for everyone.
I did not rate this house as 5 stars because the kitchen drawers and the closets in the laundry room and main rooms were disorganized and messy. It would be helpful to guests if there was a bit more organization in the kitchen. Some previous guests had put dirty bowls and cooking utensils back into the drawers. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and organized.
The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive to my one question and communicated with us upon check in and check out.
We all had a great tme here!

Lovely stay at the beach!
We live in the area and were looking for a change of scenery for a staycation, and this was the perfect place! The views can’t be beat, and this is a great area of town and stretch of beach. We have small kids and there was everything they needed to be entertained and enjoy the ocean. The house was very clean and had anything we could need. We only used the upstairs, but it was great to also have a kitchen downstairs to use during the day while we were on the beach. It would be fantastic house for a small group. The owner and property manager were quick to respond, accommodating, and friendly. Highly recommend.
