This was a great property. It is exactly as pictured. The location is close to everything you need with easy access to the highway for day adventures. Would 100% reccommend. There were 5 adults and 2 kids in our group and we were very comfortable.

Our stay
All around exterior appearance of the property is very neglected. There are roaches in the house and the wi-fi connection was very poor. Disturbing outside noises in the middle of the night.

The place had everything we needed and it was clean. A good place to stay for a group of people. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is very nicely decorated and met our needs.

Very nice
Inside the house is very nice - nicely refurbished, nice trim, quiet, a washer and drier, plenty of housewares etc. There is a back yard that slopes down to the river and it gets the sun but it would be more attractive with repaving. The area is budget housing. A trip to the beach can take anywhere from 25 to 40 mins depending on traffic. We visited Deerfield and Pompano beaches - the sand was very soft, and the beach slopes so not suitable for long beach walks compared with a flat firm beach like Jacksonville. Restaurants: we did go to Ke'e Grill twice - very tasty.

Property was extremely clean in a quite neighborhood. We had no issues during our stay. House fits comfortably 4 people, but there is space for larger families.
