The place is fine. Just lots of little things slightly below par… slight dated decor, slight worn furniture, kitchen not very well stocked, master bath toilet very finicky. That said, the location is fantastic. Definitely a just fine place to stay but make sure you get a good deal.

We've stayed in The Village many many times and just love the location, the pools, and the proximity to everything.

GROSS. i thought Vacasa would fix the issues i’ve seen in other reviews. NOPE. Floors are dirty, our feet were black. Bathtub absolutely disgusting and doesn’t drain properly. Sent a cleaning person up with a swifter and a towel wrapped around the end… like no. this needs CLEANED. Black mold in master bathroom shower. AND they charge a $300 cleaning fee. laughable. They just gave me the run around and don’t help with anything. Great location during the day but rough at night with local kids fist fighting on lawn. Save yourself. Don’t do it.

Your condo had many good features. An excellent location near many excellent restaurants and shops, easy access to the beach, beautiful pools and an excellent layout of the unit. Kitchen equipment and dining utensils were adequate and the unit comfortable with a nice baloney area. How-ever there were a number of disappointing shortcomings of the unit that were greatly disappointing. 1) Burnt out lightbulbs in both baths with no replacements in the unit. 2) Moldy discoloration on the shower curtain in the smaller bath. 3) Bath matt in the smaller bath looked as though it should have been replaced years ago. 4) Repaired plaster in the main gathering area had not even been sanded let alone repainted. 5) Extensive mold around the base of the master bath shower. 6) Dresser in the master bedroom had missing drawer pull, a hole in one drawer and was hard to open. Obviously needs to be replaced. (Note: other furniture and drawers were in excellent shape and operated well.) 7) Couch and chairs in common area needed upholstery cleaning. For these reasons we would not consider returning to this unit in the future. I can supply pictures of these issues.

Location was perfect, place was super clean. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Will def choose this place when we go back to the area.

We stayed here for a long weekend and everything was very nice. The condo is in a great location, it has a nice balcony and plenty of space. There were some crumbs on the floor in the living room that were missed by the cleaning crew but the sheets, towels, and other common spaces were clean. The TV is a little complicated because the guide doesn’t work and it’s not your standard cable/dish. It’d be helpful to have some instructions for guests on how to use it, but we figured it out eventually. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and we’d stay there again.

Vacasa was very responsive with any concerns or needs we had during our stay. Would definitely rent a property from them in the future. Only thing I would say is that when i inquired about if we could have a golf cart on property I was told yes which was true, however pretty much all of the surrounding areas do not allow golf carts. I wish I would have known that before reserving a golf cart because that ended up being kind of a waste of money for us. However, we did love the condo and location! Tram to the beach was great to have too! Beach was a little crowded, would be nice if they were able to expand that area for more beach space. Check in and out process was very easy. Overall we had a great experience!

Great location and a clean unit! We had a little trouble figuring out the TVs but once we did, it was great. There is plenty of space and the location is fabulous if you like Seacrest. The beds and pillows were comfy and unit was well appointed with plenty of room to relax. Would stay again for sure.
