This house was great for our big family get together. Its on a quiet road, with plenty to do to keep the kids busy.

What a beautiful home. Pleanty of big enough for the 17 people we had in our group. The rooms are nice a spacious, the house was clean and stocked with what we needed. Having two refrigerators was so nice and the the stove and side flat top griddle was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and Peg the host was easy to contact and and quick to answer any questions we had.

Our two families enjoyed this spacious home and all of the amenities. The restaurant-style kitchen, with two refrigerators accommodated our large group. The home features two eating areas, plus spacious and comfortable family and living rooms. There are plenty of games for all ages inside and out and decks to enjoy the quiet wooded surroundings. We were close to parks, shopping, restaurants and more. This home is perfect for families and friends to gather while offering space for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a family reunion. We ran into an issue with the air conditioning and one of the refrigerators not working, but the host quickly responded to us, and offered generous compensation for the issues. The house was great and the location can’t be beat!

This house was prefect for our entire family of 16. There was so much room. We were not all crowded on top of each other. The kitchen was very large and had almost everything we needed. We did have a problem with the ovens on the stove not working. There was something for everyone to do, both inside and outside. We did have difficulty locating the outside games.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was big, comfortable and well laid out. The grounds were great, with decks , games and outdoor fire pit. The kids loved the bunk room and the game room. Indoor games for adults and children as well as toys and books.The setting was beautiful, and close to the lake. Only negatives, we could have used more mixing bowls, wash cloths, the ping pong paddles were in need of replacing and although there was streaming we had trouble getting cable on the tv, though they were working on it. Hosts were helpful and easy work with. We had a multi generation reunion and everyone had a great time.

We stayed at this VRBO to accommodate some of our wedding guests and ourselves. The property is amazing! We had such a great time and we appreciate everything the VRBO had to offer. If we are ever up in Pinetop-Lakeside again, we will definitely take a look at this VRBO first. We definitely recommend!!

There was room for everyone with lots for the kids to do. Feel of being out in the forest but close to town as well. There is lots of well equipped space both inside and outside. We had a wonderful family reunion!

Peg is the most amazing host! She replies so quickly to any need and goes above and beyond! This was the second time we've stayed here and again it was absolutely wonderful! It accommodates our large family so well. I really appreciate the gorgeous kitchen with two refrigerators and commercial stove, and the many beautiful bedrooms. This is the place to stay!!!

This home is perfect for a large gathering. Well equipped kitchen, lots of room to spread out and the perfect location for a day of skiing.

We had a lovely time. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths downstairs, 2 bedrooms plus bunkroom, one bathroom, and a game room with ping pong and air hokey upstairs. There are lots of board games and outdoor games. It rained a lot on one of the days we stayed but there is an arcade just down the street along the main drag so we were entertained both at the house and while out and about. Loved the fenced in yard for our pup. Overall everything was great. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. 4 families, 16 total and we never felt crowded. It is clear the owners care about doing this right. Too much snow so we couldn’t enjoy the backyard much but it looks like in non-snowy conditions it would be amazing!

This house is spacious, well stocked kitchen, perfect for our group of 11. Easily could accommodate 15 - 18.

This house has EVERYTHING! Totally amazing! Will definitely be staying there again! Upstairs was great for the young group with the large TV, sectional, ping pong and air hockey and bunk room that can sleep 16! Downstairs was equally awesome! Master on one side and two additional bedrooms on the other side. Enough eating space for 24 in the kitchen/dining area! Two dishwashers for large groups worked awesome! Beautiful backyard with firepit, nice deck/patio! Couldn't have been more perfect! I could go on and on!

We had such a great time! This home is large, but cozy and peaceful. We had 15 women and we all slept great and really enjoyed our stay. Our only regret was not staying longer...next time!

We came up for our annual family snow trip. The house was amazing and fit all of our needs! The kids room photo does not do it justice, it was huge, spacious and could have fit way more kids than we brought. There were even trundle beds under the bunks. Toys and books for the kids were also there and my grandkids loved it. Each "adult" bedroom had a king sized bed which was amazing for what my family wanted/needed. The beds were all memory foam mattresses and were very comfortable. There are 2 sets of washer and dryer for guest use downstairs. We did not need to use them, but they are there if you need to. The kitchen was to die for. It is a chef's dream with so many pots, pans and dishes that you can host a big family here. Two full sized fridges and two dishwashers made it so easy to organize and clean up from all meals. There are also quite a few basic spices to cook with so buying some of the basics is not necessary. The backyard was a total treat and we made our own sledding hill while we were there. Basketball court was super fun before it started snowing too! The furnace went out while we were up there and one of the kids clogged a toilet. I texted the owner at 11pm and they were all over taking care of it and we were made warm in no time and the toilet unclogged. Such wonderful and warm owners that truly cared about our safety and warmth. John, the caretaker was such a super sweet gentleman that not only came over and took care of that but shoveled our walkways and back patio and threw down salt for us. We felt right at home and this place would be a wonderful place to stay during the summer as well!

This home was amazing for our family, it was my moms birthday so we rented the cabin and let me tell you it was plenty of house and yard, there was lots of snow when we showed up the kids loved it. Peg & Richard were very responsive everything I had questions about were answered within 30mins. This house had everything we needed for our stay from the amazing kitchen to the dinning tables and outside seating definitely will stay back here. Peg & Richard Thank you for everything!!!! Definitely recommend staying here.

Our family loved!

This cabin exceeded our expectations in almost every way! The kitchen was amazing and we spent a lot of time there. Plenty of seating for our group for board games and meals. The amount of fenced land on the property was jarring. So much room to roam and explore. Fire pit was awesome at night but it snowed so we only got to use it one night. Favorite part of the house was the fireplace nook that was warm and cozy. One thing that the house needed was a rain/snow gutter on the roof of the back porch, as it was dripping all over the porch pretty much nonstop from the snow. This would also protect the wood. Make sure you try ALL the different WiFi options with the password given because the one that was given to us didn’t have internet access (“Mtn Resort” was correct). Also, be careful with the air hockey table as it seems older and unstable and could present a safety hazard. These are all minor and this home was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful home! Large well equipped kitchen. Wish the home was decorated for Christmas and that there were sleds for guest use. Otherwise, one of the largest and nicest homes we have stayed at in that area! Host are very responsive and directions are clear. Thank you for sharing your home!

My family had a great time at this house. Plenty of room, very kid friendly, clean, and Peg was very accommodating even before we stayed at the house. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook a large dinner. The outdoor areas was great as well! We would love to stay here again.

This rental property was amazing and had everything we needed within reach. Plenty of space, and room for the entire family. One thing I would add is more trash cans as with a large group the amount of trash piled up quickly. Definitely will keep this property as one to come back to for sure.

The property was beautiful, roomy and met our expectations. The only thing I would recommend is having more towels available for your guest. The property was clean but the fans, light fixtures and vents were very dusty. The sinks had hard water stains but overall very well kept and cleaned. I would recommend this place and just recommend whoever they hire to clean to dust and wipe down fans, fixtures, curtains and high parts of the walls.
