Beautiful location and view. Cottage has a well-stocked kitchen, full refrigerator and I would say everything you need for a summer vacation. I want to emphasize summer. This cottage is not properly heated for winter stays. There is one heater in the living room that when temperatures drop does not heat entire cottage. No heater in the separate bedroom. When I stayed for only one night because pipes froze (so no working toilet and water) due to cold temperatures. Owner was away. Service persons never appeared and I had to leave because of these issues. Also, new electric keypad was installed, which sounds great, but previous guest locked bottom lock and so I was stuck outside (in the cold) for over an hour trying to troubleshoot issue with Vrbo and not owner who was out of the country. Finally, a friend (I think) called me and helped by directing me to a lock box where the keys are. Owner should have provided instructions for this potential issue. Also, I highly suggest keeping a binder in the cottage for basic information about the cottage, for example, where to deposit trash, where is the washer and dryer, just basic directions for the place. This was not a good experience, and while, the owner was apologetic, person kept saying, this has never happened before, which isn't taking responsibility for the situation, but makes the guest feel like they've "caused" the situation because they are "the first" person to encounter the problem.

Cozy, adorable cottage right on the beach. Quiet and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this cozy cottage on the beach. Beautiful location for ocean access and the proximity to restaurants, shops and galleries. Very quiet & relaxing during our fall week visit.

This cottage is absolutely adorable and perfect for 2 people. And the view is spectacular. Great parking spot right by the door. It was very clean and comfortable. And with just a short walk, you can be in the center of town. We loved it.

Another beautiful weekend at the cottage on the sand. Perfectly located within walking distance of shops, galleries and restaurants. Clean, well stocked and cozy. Home away from home. Can’t wait to return.

The cottage was great! Location, decor, comfort, ev'thing... only thing that wasn't great was the weather but even that did not put a damper on our stay. You can walk to everywhere and bike to Race Point in no time. Chris was more than an accommodating, attentive, and gracious host. We look forward to another visit soon..

There was nothing about this little cottage that we didn't love. It's clean, bright, the kitchen amazingly well stocked, the living room comfortable, and every room's windows give incredible views of the Bay. The deck(s) are perfect for reading, and you're only a few steps from the water. And dog friendly! The Best.
