I've stayed at several different cabins in this area with different hosts. This was by far the best experience. The host, Laura and her team had the place looking great and communicated well throughout my stay. Will definitely be booking again!

Our host was excellent! She had lights and soft music playing as we entered the home! She had a fully stock coffee bar for us and we enjoyed coffee every morning on the front porch swing.
Evenings we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit while watching the gorgeous sunsets and the spectacular view!! We will definitely come back!

My family not only loved the unbelievable views from this cabin with the gorgeous mornings and spectacular sunsets, but we truly enjoyed the beautiful cabin & it’s amenities as well. From the wonderfully prepared welcome to the easy checkout process. A great time was had by all in the area visiting historical venues, parks and simply nature, as well as the small shops and eateries of small towns nearby. Everyone in the family commented how they wished they could stay longer.
Thank you for the memories and I highly recommend this “Breathless” getaway in the clouds.

An absolutely beautiful house for a relaxing and peaceful escape. The pictures just cannot do the place justice. Stocked with everything we needed, and more; I wished I hadn't stressed so with packing! The porch is amazing, and the view is picturesque. Despite 90-degree July weather, the breeze and afternoon showers made evenings in the hot tub possible. I hope we can return in the future.

My family had a wonderful, memorable stay at Breathless. The cabin was just as described, spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We felt at home right away and thoroughly enjoyed the back deck with the hot tub and the Amish chairs. The view from the brow of the mountain was incredible. We even were able to watch fireworks off in the distance. So comfortable and enjoyable in every way.
Our host provided clear communication, and check-in and check-out was so easy. We all agreed that we would like to return to Breathless in the fall.

We enjoyed our stay at Breathless for Father’s Day weekend before we dropped one of our daughters off to camp Skyline. This was our first time staying in Mentone but it definitely will not be the last! The view was just breathtaking. We spent lots of time on the porch taking in the view, listening to music and enjoying the hot tub! The house was very clean and check in/out was a breeze. The little town of Mentone was only a short 5 minutes away. It was the perfect house for our stay! Already looking to book again next year!!

The panoramic views and serenity of the location were just what we needed for a rejuvenating weekend. The cabin was very well equipped with everything that we needed. And it was very centrally located to the state parks where we hiked both days. Mentone is a sleepy little mountain town, so be sure to come stocked with food and drinks as places to purchase these items are limited. We will definitely return to this cabin if our travels take us in that direction.

Breathless is aptly named as the view is breathtaking. The cabin is clean and very efficiently stocked. Nice decor. The view from the back porch and fire pit alone are worth booking this property.

equipped. Do not count on using the grill, unless it has been replaced. Needs a deep cleaning of blinds, etc.

We were looking for a retreat from frozen pipes and illness related stress. We got so much more! I love that our Standard Poodle was welcome, so we didn't have the added expense of boarding. The kitchen was stocked over and above the basics. They had coffee and little extras like spices that I normally have to bring or pick up. This place is loved and it wasn't hard to see the thoughtful touches and even well-placed simple things like fresh laundered fuzzy blankets and kitchen items such as zip lock bags and mixing bowls. I've never been able to bake a cake in any rental I've been in before. Every aspect of our visit was beyond expectations. We may be local, but I don't doubt that we will be back again and again!

Cabin is quaint and charming and well-stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Surprisingly spacious and the back porch has comfortable chairs and a nice hot tub. Views are outstanding.

Cabin was awesome. Everything you needed was there. Incredible view from back deck. Sunset was gorgeous and chairs was very comfortable. Would go back for sure. I would recommend this cabin for sure. AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Breathless was amazing! The cabin is so quaint and cozy and met all of our expectations! The owners were very responsive and even came by to check on the hot tub when we called with a question about it. The owners thought of everything and really made sure the guest had everything they needed, even down to ziploc bags and aluminum foil. And the views! Just wow!! We will definitely be back.
