We came down to visit my son at UCLA. The place was a great location, easy parking and so well equipped with attention to detail. We would definitely stay there again. Master bed was so comfy!

The house is adorable and Khanh thought of everything and more to make our stay feel like home. Any item you might need is provided in case you've forgotten anything (clothing aside of course!) It is cozy and the bedrooms are just beautiful, separate and each with their own decks to a private lush yard. Super clean and we were greeted with lovely fresh flowers and fruit upon arrival just top it off. Highly recommend this home, you won't be disappointed!

Our family of 4 (with adult children) loved this VRBO. The amenities were first-class and the owner was so accommodating and helpful. The home was absolutely spotless and there were fresh flowers and oranges from the backyard waiting for us. We had no idea what neighborhood was a good choice when we booked but we made a fantastic choice. It was residential, safe, and centrally located for all of our activities. I would highly recommend this property.

My friend and I met up for a big Football Game and rented this residence. The owners residence is connected to the house, so when the code that we got to get into the gate didn't work, made it super easy since he was right there. There wasn't "cable" tv, but there was smart tv with apps, so no big deal (I was just trying to get my sports network shows). Everything else was perfect!

We stayed at the property for our daughter’s move-in to UCLA. The location is convenient to everything- UCLA, Santa Monica beach, the Getty, Beverly, little Japan- all within 3-mile radius. Khanh prepares everything you can ever think of, from fresh fruits and beverage in the fridge, to sunscreen/makeup remover! Our dog also likes the place very much. Thanks Khanh!

We stayed to move our daughter in at UCLA and this place exceeded expectations. The property was very clean, had everything you could want and then some, the yard beautiful, the neighborhood felt safe, the beds super comfy, the kitchen stocked and easy to use. The host was wonderful, and even had special touches like snacks in refrig on arrival and was always available if needed. A great place to stay.

My husband and my daughter picked this house because it was in walking distance of my other daughter's apartment. This property is impeccable with a great kitchen, really comfortable beds and so many first class amenities. This will be our go-to place when visiting Culver City. We had a wonderful stay at UCLA Bruin Hideaway. The home was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. The location allowed us to move freely and easily between campus, beaches, restaurants and shopping. The attention to details Khanh provided went above and beyond. We most definitely will be returning!

This house and garden had everything we needed. Bathroom cabinet was fully stocked, kitchen, extra beach towels. Everything was labeled which made it super easy to see what was there and find what we needed. The owner was very responsive but left us alone. Perfect place for our toddler too - amazing garden with a hummingbird! We’ll definitely stay again.

Every detail in this home was perfect. Such great care is taken with every detail! The beds are super comfy & the location is so convenient to our work and activities. Trader Joe’s is minutes away. We loved relaxing at home at night and exploring during the day. We will be back. One of the best experiences ever.

This property had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, the home had all the amenities we needed, the owner was immediately responsive to questions and left a personal touch that was heartwarming such as fresh oranges from the tree and chocolates for the guests and even personal toiletries in case we forgot any. Khanh’s place is beautifully kept. I felt like I was home, if I needed anything, it was there, easy to find, and clean. Things were well organized, details thought out, did I mention clean and comfy? Oranges from the backyard were a wonderful treat either eaten or juiced, location was perfect to hit LA, Orange and Ventura Counties. Thank you for a comfortable relaxing place to come home to every night!

The house is even prettier than the pictures. When I travel The most important thing to me is clean, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. This definitely had all of that. The owner, Khanh, is very responsive with any questions you have. The home is very quaint and comfortable. I traveled with my husband, son, and dog. The fenced in backyard was wonderful. The master bedroom is very charming and spacious. We loved our stay and all the extra touches (oranges from the tree and champagne and drinks in the fridge). Thank you Khanh!

This is a great little spot. Great location with easy access to everything. It has everything you need with lots of high-end touches. Comfy beds, all you need in the kitchen, charming yard, and a washer/dryer! We will definitely stay here again.

This was a great find! The home has thoughtful touches everywhere and all the items you might need in your stay. It has a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and comfy beds. Our small family stayed here comfortably. There was even a fun collection of books to browse. It was close to everything we needed. Great hosts!!
