The neighborhood/location is the best part of this rental! Near everything—and especially Manito Park, where we exercised daily. The space itself is clean and comfortable, with an updated kitchen and cizy living space. We enjoyed the spacious master bedroom with built in drawers and shelves. We were in transition during our home remodel, and Jake accommodated our request (last minute) for a more extended stay than we had planned. This is a great place for visitors to Spokane to stay and enjoy a peaceful neighborhood.

We loved the proximity to Manito park (just across the street!) within a beautiful neighborhood, and the bakery was just across the street. The home was clean and and charming. We plan to stay here again!

This was a wonderful respite at a time when we truly needed it. Jake was always available via email and the one glitch was solved very quickly and completely. How emphatic are we about our 5 star rating? We’ve already booked a return stay. The description of the house was spot on and the location was very relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this property; nicely updated and a great location on the South Hill. Enjoyed the radiator heat, and the entertaining turkeys that inhabit Manito Park across the street.

Nice, clean, good sized spaces. We had five people and it didn't feel crammed.

My family and I had a nice time staying here. It was snowing a ton when we stayed and the house was nice and warm with the heat on. They also have good water pressure in the shower. We liked the location because it’s easy access to the freeway.
