Very much enjoyed it. 1st night neighbors were noisy until 3am.

Cabin is very cozy and clean. The second night I noticed a partly flat tire and Jerry got his air compressor out to help me pump it up. Then I accidently left my favorite lunch box in the fridge, and he went out of his way to mail it back to me. Thankful. It is encouraging to know there are still some wonderful people in the world.

A big thank you to Jerry for the wonderful weekend in your cabin! There was everything you could possibly need and the details were so thought out! The location was close to everything around. Jerry was helpful with check in and finding the house in the dark (I would suggest finding it in the daylight). Loved waking up to be able to feed the dogs and goats! Don’t forget your quarters!! Would definitely stay again!

The cottage is a studio unit but perfect for a single person or a couple. Clean and very close to the race track and the sites of Bristol!

This was the perfect spot for us to stay over for the night. We came to town for a surprise birthday party, and being 4 hours away from home - we were beyond grateful this property allowed our sweet older dog to come with us. Very clean, convenient, and adorable property. Will definitely stay again in the future!

We had a wedding and it was so great to wake up after a crazy night to the coziness of the cabin in the rain. Sat outside with our coffee and enjoyed the morning before heading back home. Would definitely come again!

I loved the cabin/apartment. It had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The place was very clean. Checkin and checkout were simple. I loved the opportunity to feed and pet the goats and dog. I will definitely recommend the unit and keep it in mind for future visits.

It was a wonderful stay. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful night and the host went above and beyond by setting out rose petals on the floor and bed which made the experience so much better.

Truly an unique cabin, which is perfectly located between the TriCities. The host was very helpful and responsive. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay! We even got to see a deer in the field behind the cabin. We loved this place and will definitely stay again.

After a long car ride from Long Island, NY to come pick up our St. Bernard rescue in Tennessee- we desperately needed a good night sleep with our newest addition to our family. The host was extremely accommodating with our big pup at the most clean, fresh, and perfect stay you could ask for. A very unique property which we liked very much at the heart of TriCities. Our host was amazing and very accommodating to our every need. The proximity to our family was perfect. My only negative thought is that it is geared toward the young to middle-aged adults. I would highly recommend this property for couples and families.

This was a great stay. The place was very clean and private. We enjoyed the large yard and spending time with our dog playing outside. We also liked the location of how it was close to town but still rural and peaceful. Jerry was very nice and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we noticed is that the towel rack kept falling off the wall in the bathroom but i’m sure that would be a quick fix! Otherwise everything was perfect :)

This small cabin was the perfect size for 2! Cabin was spotless and fully stocked with plenty of towels, wash rags, & dish rags! Loved the animals and that our pet could tag along also. The evening sunset on the porch was perfect! Also the sound machine was great!

Let me start by saying that this is an adorable cabin! The cabin was clean and exactly as described. Besides groceries, there is everything you need for a few days! There are a handful SMALL things I would like to see fixed. There are small gaps or holes that need to be caulked around the windows. Someone stuffed some paper towels in there to block the bugs but is ineffective. The towel bar to the shower is loose and fell several times. And there were dirty towels in the washing machine when we checked in. Besides that, the cabin and town were exactly what we needed. We both look forward to next years visit to Bristol!
P.S the upstairs is a separate rental, as said in the add. You hear EVERYTHING.. so if you want a cute/romantic getaway, you should rent both listings.

We stayed in the lower cabin for our stay. The bed was comfortable, with extra huge fluffy blankets. The kitchen was simple with basic necessities, a Keurig with real cups to use, the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was good. The cabin itself was very cute, clean and up to date. I will totally stay here again if in the area.

Extremely clean and well maintained. If you are going to Bristol Motor Speedway the cabin is literally 2 minutes from the racetrack. Love the goats!

Still has that just-built feel. Small, but pretty much perfect for two people. All the wood construction inside gives a wonderful rustic feel. Can be hard to find the first time, especially in the dark, so when your GOS gets down to under 1,000, really slow down. Very dark around the cabin at night. The listing features a lot of amenities, both inside the cabin and around the outside fire pit/grilling area. A lot of those features are packed into a relatively small space, so if you’re looking for something particular, find it soon after check-in or ask. The host, Jerry, always responded very quickly to any questions or requests. The goats and sheep and dog across from the cabin are a real treat.

Had an amazing stay. Got to watch the sunset on the front porch and it was beautiful. Room was very clean and well maintained. My only knock was there being one towel, but luckily I packed more. Hands down would stay again. Thank you it was beautiful.

This was my first time VRBOing, and the process was smooth. I was able to contact the owner to ask a couple questions before my stay. The cabin was delightful, clean, and exactly what we needed for this mini vacation to Bristol, TN. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this little cabin! It was quiet and peaceful. Fed the goats and drank coffee on the porch in the morning. Check in was a breeze and they keep the place clean and up to date.

Relax and Enjoy
My husband fell in love with this cabin! We grew up in the local area and moved away. It was nice to see the area as it is today. The animals were a nice bonus. The cabin was clean, fresh and stocked with the items we needed. We will stay again in this lovely cabin and enjoy the area! Highly recommend to others!!!

Little slice of heaven
This is such an amazing idea he had, they have a beautiful property and you feel so welcome and wanted. The cabin is gorgeous and all you’d want while away from home so much nicer than a hotel and tbh I really hate sharing with everyone because I feel as if we found a gem in Tenn and we will definitely be staying here on our Bristol trips from here on out providing it’s available. Please don’t hesitate to book with Jerry he is a wonderful person and the animals add to the environment as well take plenty of quarters for the babies they will love you for it! A wonderful slice of heaven!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

We love about 2 hours from Johnson City and my husband works in Atlanta, so I meet him here to go to his Dr. Appt. with him the next morning. We was tired of staying in Hotels and this was a wonderful change Very nice stay.

The Holston river 1 mile and South Holston Dam and lake are within 20 minutes. Downtown Briston, 20 minutes. If I am ever in the area again, I will be back!!
