My college daughter and I enjoyed our skiing and stay at this condo in Mar '22. Clean, cozy and functional one-bedroom unit with futon sofa sleeper that she said was comfy. Great location minutes from PC resort parking, just need to arrive early enough before lifts open due to high demand.

Great Condo in Park City
We were very pleased with this property and the communication we received from Matthew. The condo was perfect for our ski vacation as it was only minutes away from Park City Resort and in close proximity to Main Street. The condo was very cozy, quiet, clean and had all the kitchen items we needed to prepare meals. We appreciated having a car port as well which was an added bonus.. We would highly recommend this property.

This is a great little condo close to Fresh Market, the bus stop to Deer Valley, shopping, clean and nicely outfitted. We hope to stay here again. Great communication by property manager.

Unit is great for 3 adults or a small family. Hot tub /pool area is wonderful and only a couple minute walk away. Fresh Market, across the street, super convenient to get groceries. Bus stop out front along with some restaurants you can walk to. The host is quick to respond to messages!

Grocery store right across the street, liquor store 5 min walk (another grocery store there too), bus stop 2 mins away, a couple restaurants too. And if it wasn’t close, the free bus would take us. 2 bus stops from Park City Mt. Condo had everything we needed. Would def stay again!

It was a perfect location with fresh market across the street and bus stop. 10-min bus ride to the slope or old town Main Street. We didn’t even rent a car. Mathew was super responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place/spot
I've stayed in Park Ave condos in the past, but this has been the best thus far. It was large for a one bedroom, and nicely appointed and well maintained. It is must half a block from the bus stop and across the street from the market.

We found this condo a little over a month before our trip to ski Park City. Karla was great with communication. There were 3 adults, and we all fit just fine. The location of this property is why you should book it! Walking distance to the main Park City mountain base, Fresh Market directly across the street, and one of the main bus stops in town about 200ft away. While some things could use some updates within the unit, there was everything needed for the affordability. Thank you for letting us stay Karla!

What a great property!
This condo was located across the street from the grocery store, less than 3 minute walk (in ski boots) to the bus, and definitely walkable to several different restaurants. We used Lyft to get to and from the airport, and had absolutely no need for a car to get around! The free bus takes you to Canyons, Park City Ski Base, downtown Park City, as well as Kimball Junction.
Kitchen was well appointed - we had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable.
3D glasses available for the great selection of 3D movies available.
All in all, a great place to stay. We hope to visit again! Thanks!

Great Ski Rental
We found this condo a little over a month before our trip to ski Park City. Karla was great with communication. There were 3 adults, and we all fit just fine. The location of this property is why you should book it! Cute one bedroom with pull out couch. The pull out is perfect for our daughter and was comfortable. Not the kind that has bars throughout. Also the pool and hot tub is outdoor but new and amazing. A must!! We will be back!

We have stayed at this condo for two consecutive years. It is clean, well-equipped, and the location by the city bus stop is wonderful. The Fresh Market grocery store is just across the street. Hope to stay here next year.

The location is unbeatable (easy walk to ski rental shops, bus stop, liquor and grocery stores), and how many rentals have a Weber gas grill so one can cook as if at home?? A rental car is completely unnecessary. We have no need to look elsewhere for PC accommodations.

Enjoyed our stay. Bus stop right out front for easy access to Canyons, Park City Mountain and Downtown. Nice pool/hot tube. Grocery store across the street. Bed very comfortable.

Overall, I enjoyed it. However, the bathtub is not drained well, kitchen sink was plugged up. The place needs a bit more of upgrades or maintenance.

The condo is well kept and close to the town and the slopes. The property manager is very responsive and provided excellent customer service.

Great Value. Great Location
Our family of 4 had a great 5 night stay in Karla's home.
The apartment had everything we needed and is in a super convenient location.
The bus stop buses to Park City Mountain (2 stops), Main St and Canyons Mountain is only yards away, and there is a large supermarket across the street.
The bed was comfortable and the home is warm. Overall we had a great stay and will look to stay here again next time we are in Park City.

Great location, very cozy
We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. Karla was very helpful and attentive. The kitchen utensils were really great for making lunches in the afternoon.
