This house was very roomy and we had a great stay. Easy check-in and check-out. It was clean and we would rent again if we needed to stay in the Reno/Sparks area again. Great communication with the owner!

Such a great house! 4 great bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Great towels, 4 great beds to sleep 8 people comfortably. Living room furniture could be better. Kitchen table and bar seats 11 comfortably. We enjoyed our stay!

We needed a place to stay for the weekend to attend a wedding. It was fairly close to the wedding. A quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom and bathroom were very large and the other bedrooms were nice size. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to have a more comfortable couch. It was hard and not comfortable to sit on. Because of that we gathered more in the kitchen.

Overall, our stay was quite comfortable. Checkin/out was very simple and having the garage to park in was nice. The house is clean and well kept. It has nice views of the city and is in a fairly quite neighborhood, other than the occasional plane that flies over. The water pressure can be lacking at times when too many people are showering at the same time, but that is the case in most places. Can sleep 3 couples and 2 singles comfortably, or 5 singles (which we had) comfortably plus 2 more singles (not so comfortably) on futon/couches. The location is about a 10-minute drive from the casinos and has a fair number of services/stores nearby. Owner was responsive, easy to work with, and non-intrusive.

Home was clean, spacious, and modern. We enjoyed our stay here with friends while in town for a concert. It’s located about 15 minutes away from most nearby destinations and was easy to get Ubers which ranged from $12-$25. This home doesn’t have much seating in the living room- there is a small couch that is very uncomfortable and two chairs. Not enough for a 4 bedroom house. Also more pillows would be a plus- one bedroom only had two pillows with decorative shams- no regular pillowcases. Only one hand towel & washcloth in each bathroom too. Also full length mirrors would be nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but this house needs some more “dialing in” to be comfortable.

After several days in a cramped S Lake Tahoe condo, this home was a breath of fresh air. Big rooms, kitchen and great views. Everything in Reno was within 15 min drive and we hit Mt Rose for some riding on a Friday. The drive up was 30 min and Friday afternoons adults ride for 60$. Really you can’t beat this spot.

This home is beautiful. The decor is very nice we loved it. It has everthing you need. Our party of 11 was very comfortable ,the pack and play was a huge bounes for us thank you for having it. The neighborhood is gerat very safe quite and nice and clean. It snowed during our stay and it was very cold out but inside the home was nice and warm thanks to the heating. The view was amazing. Bedding is very clean and quality as well as towls. Overall we loved it and will defintly book again. The host was great as well very responsive. Thank you agian.

Home was nice, location was convenient ; only issue was lack of hand / face bath towels and kitchen towels. There were plenty of large bath towels but only a couple small hand towels. With 7 adults and 2 kids there should be at minimum 1 towel per person. We cooked every night, and we like to keep kitchen clean, so kitchen towels would have been nice. Other than that it was a great place to stay

Great location for any events at University of Reno. House is roomy, comfortable and has very comfortable beds. Large kitchen and plenty of parking for 4 cars. Eugene (host) was very communicative and prompt with responses. Thanks Eugene.

Our group of friends came to Reno for the air races. We had a great stay at this property! It was comfortable and had some homey touches. The house was well-appointed and included everything we needed in the kitchen. We all enjoyed the comfortable beds. Next time we are in Reno we definitely will look to see if this house is available.

We were looking for something close to the university and this was perfect. It’s decorated super chic and cute, and was very clean. They also had coffee, sugar and creamer, which is very important to us as coffee lovers. We would definitely recommend this house and will stay here again in the future.

Overall, the stay at the house was nice. Very spacious, and a great location. My qualm was with the property manager though. He sent me a booklet of rules and process of checking in, the stay, and checking out prior to my stay. The booklet explicitly stated that there was no need to clean up before checking out, so I did not. He later messaged me and charged me extra money for the extra cleanup his cleaning lady had to do. He stated that there was too much laundry. There were 12 people staying in that house for 2 nights (he allowed me one extra guest at an additional charge), so YES, there were a lot of towels that were used and there was a lot of trash. He should have been understanding and expected that beforehand. Why even list your house to stay for 11 people if you are going to be upset that there is a lot of trash and towels at the end? We did not leave the trash scattered everywhere too, we left it in one area of the kitchen for easy take out. I would also like to add that he left 2 trashbags in the entire house for us. If he had really expected us to do the cleaning (even though his booklet said we did not have to) why leave only 2 trashbags? He also inaccurately stated that my group left throw up in the house. We absolutely did not. I thought the property manager was unprofessional, but overall, his house was a nice stay for the weekend.

We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. This was the perfect house for us. 4 dads, 4 13 year old boys. The host was very helpful and responsive. House was clean and ready for us when we got off the plane. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Plenty of shopping and resturaunts near by. Eugene had everything in order for us with an easy check in and check out.

We were in Reno for a family funeral. Great central location for all the activities across town. I am a former VRBO owner and host and can say that Eugene is doing a wonderful job with this rental. The place has a lot of room, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room TV is awesome. Views of the valley and mountains are incredible. Very prompt communication with Eugene, appreciate his responsiveness and flexibility. Will likely look to repeat stay next time we are in Reno as well.
