Wonderful location. Parking is a great amenity--especially on the weekends. Comfortable, especially the beds, and clean. Much closer to the shops and beach than we expected. I won't hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I visit Santa Cruz area at least once a year. We have family there. We all absolutely loved our stay in the Office. There’s one TV set in the living room. It was easy to hook up our fire stick and very easy to use the WIFI. The walk to Margaritavill was easy it takes about two minutes. I could put our names on the waitlist and walk back to get ready. We had a few issues but management was on top of it. All in all we had a really nice vacation. The room can easily hear the street noise. Everything calms down early except for Saturday night. That was the only night that was noisy. To be expected. The walk to the beach was a breeze. I’m not sure how many times I took a quick walk to the beach at all times. I felt safe the whole time so did the kids.

The apartment was perfect for a Capitola stay! Only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. The parking spots was so perfect since parking is not easy in the village. Probably not ideal if you are a light sleeper with the noise of the nearby restaurants, live bands at Cork and Fork and just general car/foot traffic on Capitola Ave. We all sleep like logs so weren’t affected as much. We definitely are looking forward to staying again when we come back to Capitola!

I stayed at this condo for 5 nights in early March. The condo was perfect for my needs. The 2 covered parking spots right beside the stairs up to the unit made it so easy for myself and my son and his girlfriend to meet there to spend some time together. The condo was beautifully furnished and kitchen stocked with what needed for breakfast and lunch when we ate in. Even though the weather not good during my stay , we found enough to do . I will definitely consider a stay here in future years when I visit California from my home in Ohio.

The place is new and clean and has everything you need to have a restful stay in Capitola. When we were not having fantastic meals at wonderful restaurants, or walking about town, we read our books while it rained outside. We slept as if it was our own bed in our own home. Wonderful trip!

This place is so close to the restaurants, pier and beach. It is clean and comfortable to spend a weekend where you can walk everywhere and enjoy the place.

We had a fantastic time at this great little spot right in the heart of Capitola Village. Walking distance to shops, the beach and the river. Highly recommend!

This is a great location right in Capitola Village. The fact it includes a parking spot is awesome. I love the setup of this unit, too. The living room can be closed off with a door to minimize sound to the bedrooms.
Just be aware there can be a lot of street sounds in the living room at night (but really, that's because it's in a central location near bars and restaurants.)

Perfect Stay in Capitola
The stay was perfect and the apt was larger than expected. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax, people watch in the neighborhood and enjoy a family dinner. No need for a car, food and sand are all within walking distance. I will happily return again soon.

We loved staying at The Office in downtown Capitola. It was great to be located in the middle of the village. The parking that came with the property was extremely convenient and the property is a block away from all restaurants and activities happening in Capitola.

We loved staying at The Office in downtown Capitola. It was great to be located in the middle of the village. The parking that came with the property was extremely convenient and the property is a block away from all restaurants and activities happening in Capitola.

Was nice given it was sunny most of the time. Having two parking spaces in Capitola really helps. Only minor gripe was light colored carpet needed cleaning.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed and is steps away from the Capitola restaurants and shops.

This property was maybe an old office space (hence called "the office") which you can notice from the way the rooms are broken up. However, everything in the place looks fairly new or kept up well and we were very comfortable overall. We were a family of 4 (2 adults + 13yo, 11yo). There are only two beds which are full size so this place is good for 2 couples or kids that are ok to share space. Both my 13 yo and husband barely fit the bed because they are tall but it worked! However, if you have small children the beds are very high off the ground (looks nice tho) but might be a challenge if they move around a lot. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking (although we ate out mostly). There is a lovely patio for eating outside or lounging. The parking is super easy and right below the property. It is located about a 1/2 a block from the shops and restaurants and just a bit further to the wharf. We enjoy coming to Capitola every so often and have stayed in other places but would definitely consider staying at this place again.
