Great spot for large group. The improved basement area was a great spot for the kids and teens to hang out together. We had great time playing in the snow. Easy access to Loveland Ski Area and an easy drive from Denver airport.
I would love to come back when it was warmer to be able to use the outside picnic areas.

This VRBO was amazing and the space was awesome! Beds were comfy, everything was clean, and the location was great. Georgetown was such a charming town and everything was so cute and decorated for Christmas. We had littles and the host was so sweet and set up the pack n play, got out the highs chair and left out some toys. She is very nice and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend staying here!!

Great place with plenty of room for large family get together. We had infants to adults and a lot of gear for skiing and family Thanksgiving - We never felt cramp because of the great accomodations offered.
Place was clean and in excellent condition. Beds are extremely comfortable. Host very accomodating. Will look for again when staying in Georgetown.

Wow, was this impressive! The pictures did not do the house nor owner effort in restoring it beautifully while exposing beautiful historical aspects. The linens and beds were so comfortable. This was a wonderful stay by Katya!!!

This is the place to stay in Georgetown! The location was perfect walking distance to town, and a nearby park for our daughter. The house was perfect - a master with a large comfortable bed and it’s own bathroom, as well as two smaller rooms. Special touches include a well stocked game closet, framed vintage prints of Georgetown history and perfect outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the panoramic Mountain views. We want to thank our host for the sweetest touch - we mentioned our one year old was joining and she set up a pack and play with sheets, a blanket and pillow, as well as a bath wash set. Thank you for making our family feel welcome in a special town!

The house was charming and well kept. The owners did a fantastic job communicating with us. My adult sons, significant others and my husband stayed to do some hiking. Grays and Torreys is very close, as well as other great hiking. The little market (George’s) was within walking distance and had a good selection of basic food. I would strongly recommend this location for a wonderful CO mountain experience.

This was our first trip to Colorado. The house was perfect, clean and so comfortable. Georgetown is such a sweet town, people were so friendly and helpful. we loved everything about our stay! Close enough to easily get to Denver or the slopes, we did both!

This was our second time staying at Ekaterina’s house, and we really enjoyed it again. Her placed was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner is always responsive and she is always willing to accommodate the requests we’ve had for our stay given we travel with family. We’re already planning our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay in Georgetown! This house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It was a great central location for our long-weekend winter adventures! If/when we come back to this area of CO, we would definitely consider staying again.

Could not have had a better home to stay in for the Market. 5 minutes to downtown and all that it has to offer (Amazing restaurants and fun bars. Cute gift shops). 3 bedrooms, and a full basement ensured that everyone had there own "space". Full kitchen that has everything you need and seats 5, and full dining table that seats 6. Christmas decor was just the right touch for our Market weekend! Great hosts.

We stayed here for our first night in Georgetown. I thought I booked for 2 nights but it was for just one, unfortunately for us. The beds were very comfortable, the property had everything we needed and more. Had we been able to stay longer, we would’ve used the movie room and enjoyed the fire pit. We will book again for longer next time!

The house accommodations were great. We had 6 adults. There was plenty of room to all sit together or space if we wanted quiet time. The fire pit was a great way to spend the cool nights. Communication with the owner was easy and we always got a quick response. Kitchen was very well stocked. Could have used a few more towels but otherwise we had everything we needed. The house was convenient to all Georgetown had to offer.

From the time of renting the property, communication with the owner was wonderful. Responded promptly to all my questions. This home was extremely clean and inviting, and we didn’t want for anything. Would highly recommend this property! The town of Georgetown was a charming way to spend the morning. So much history. And so many beautiful sites to see not far from Georgetown. Visited several restaurants and the 2 brewery’s in town. Food was wonderful. Great place to visit. Wedding was at the Clear Creek Inn was lovely. Beautiful venue. Weather for the most part was great. Went to the top of Mt Evan hoping to see rams and other wildlife but rain turned into snow. Now that was a car ride not to be taken lightly. Above the tree line and in the clouds. Appreciate the owners renting out their home to us.

The house was the perfect size to accommodate our group of 3 adults and 1 preteen! It was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants, and there was a mining tour just 3 minutes up the road! Great little getaway and we hope to visit again soon!!

Nice and charming place
Really nice place. We were there for skiing at Loveland. Close to the ski hill and Georgetown is a charming friendly town. Cool little stream that boys played in for a bit. Host provided places that we can visit and very responsive when I send questions through text message. Will definitely recommend for others and will visit again if possible.

Wonderful experience!
Our experience staying here with our two young children and newborn was fantastic! It had everything we needed plus very thoughtful accommodations provided by Katya the owner for our arrival. This made us feel like we were truly thought of and taken care of. This is our second time in Georgetown and we will definitely be back hoping we can stay here again!

better tan expected
House was picture perfect, very clean, well supplied- well over basics. It had wonderful views from all windows, morning coffee in a kitchen with mountain view was my favorite. Also I was very happy I chose Georgetown, since it was January, it was snowing and traffic was jammed past the tunnel. But here was relatively easy and quick access.

Really nice property in a quaint town. Wanted a place that was reasonably priced and close to Loveland, this place fit the bill perfectly. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and clean. Property owner was very responsive with a question I had. The town has a few great shops that are fun to visit if you have extra time.
