Very cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. Worked perfectly for a family of 5 with pets. The location was very convenient to the market and downtown. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National park.

The place was great, but the location not the best.

We had to run up to Grand Lake from Evergreen for business on a Friday. We loved everything about the place and it’s location. Easy stroll into town and amazing views of the fall colors from the porch. So nicely decorated and a great use of space for comfort and entertaining if you had a larger group. We will definitely book again if we are in the area!

Everything was as expected in terms of the nice area and proximity to the main road. The property allowed pets, so this is convenient. The price was competitive for the area.
I picked up and disposed of my pet waste, but upon arrival, I noticed that there was a lot on the property. There were no extra paper towels, napkins or garbage bags and the showers were not thoroughly cleaned. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The house was very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable and close to grocery.
Only issue we had was the tv was very confusing for us as we are all in our 70s. Communication with property manager was only by email so it was not very punctual. Great stay though

My family had the opportunity to visit for a long weekend.
Great location! We walked and biked into town all weekend long. You just cut over the back hill and it lands you right on Main Street.
The house was perfect for a family a four. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything and more we could think of for cooking meals.
We ran into a small challenge with the linens that the owner rectified immediately. Super quick to respond and very helpful.
My only critique is that the bedroom carpets could use a quick cleaning. Being pet friendly (thank you!) they had some stains.
Overall, great trip. We would return based on location alone.

Our family (2 adults and 3 kids ages 0,3,5) had a great stay here in early June. Great location with a short walk to town and less than a five-minute drive to multiple trailheads. The house was great and had lots of room and the property owner was great to communicate with. We are planning on staying here again!

The property was just as advertised! The couches and beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the dining room comfortably seated plenty of people. The house was bright and welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues that we reached out to the management for and they responded promptly and helpfully. We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was great! It was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 and in-laws. We enjoyed our time together and forays into RMNP and Granby.

We had a wonderful stay at the Renstrom Retreat. The location is perfect for walking into town and taking in all of Grand Lake's activities. It snowed for 2 days of our visit which was enjoyed looking out the large front windows. The owners provide many puzzles and games that were enjoyed while sitting by the fire. We will definitely be back to visit in the summer.

I would recommend a bow saw or hatchet to cut wood for the fireplace. logs from the local store were too big to start a fire easily.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Lake. Upon arrival the GPS took us to a different home but when the code didn’t work the owner rerouted us to her VRBO. After hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park we were happy relaxing in the living room. I enjoyed the spices, kitchen amenities and the washer & dryer.

This was our first family vacation. And way to spend it is by enjoying the snow as well as wildlife. The owner was very kind and nice and made sure everything we needed was at the home. I love the fact that when I had a question I received a quick response. There was only one issue but the owner gave me a quick response to fix it. Nothing ruined our fun and joy. Loved loved loved!!!! I highly recommend this place me and my husband and 5 kids enjoyed it to the fullest. Everything was perfect great price great home fantastic owner can't beat this. We had a fantastic time. :)

Cozy, clean getaway!
Our group really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as it was listed and shown in the photos. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to cook plenty of meals as we had all the tools necessary. We all had cozy bedrooms and clean bathrooms and plenty of space for our cars and a kayak. the house was warm, quiet and spacious. The owner always answered my questions quickly and kindly. I would stay here again!

Our family of five just spent a long weekend at this house. It was beautifully furnished and had a thoughtfully-stocked kitchen for cooking and serving meals. We didn't eat out once since it was so nice to dine at the house. The room layout feels even larger than the pictures, with many comfortable seating options in the living/dining area. The outdoor patio provides a lovely place to dine and visit outside. Most of all we appreciated how quiet the area was, yet only a 5 minute walk along a trail to get to downtown and the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Grand Lake.
