My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to town and was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Communication with the owners was excellent. It was in a great location for our exploration of the north and south rims of Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We would definitely want to stay here again if we return to the area.

My wife and I recently returned from several days in Montrose. Our apartment was a pleasant and convenient jumping off point for exploring the local attractions. (Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, a 20-minute drive away, is spectacular!)
The apartment is located in an attractive residential neighborhood--close to highways and shopping, but still nice and quiet. It's clean and well equipped. With two king-bedrooms and two full baths, there is plenty of room for a couple or a small family to spread out. There's plenty of hot water, good water pressure and lots of towels. Communication with the hosts was prompt, attentive and pleasant.
We were fully satisfied with our stay here.

We came to Montrose to meet our daughter and take some side trips to Ouray and Telluride. This was the perfect location and fit all our needs!

Nice property in a very quiet neighborhood and close to town. Some of the wall outlets need to be updated as plugs would just fall out. Overall though a pleasant stay with very responsive owners.

We felt at home in this immaculately clean and very comfortable home in central Montrose. In particular the master bed was so comfy. Great shower too. Largewarm living room and kitchen...easy check in. Quiet neighborhood.

We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t be happier with our rental. It was very clean and cozy. We loved all the amenities the host provided us with. Great communication with the host, they responded promptly and we appreciated them checking in on us and sending us reminders about checking out. The house was near many stores and restaurants and close to attractions. It was easy to get to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park from where we were.
We were also very happy the house was 5 minutes away from a supercharger so we could charge up our Tesla before we headed out for our adventures. We had such a great stay and would definitely recommend!! We will definitely be renting this home again next time we are in town!

Used the house as a base to explore the many amazing surrounding areas....rented a jeep and did some mountain pass exploring and hiking. Owners were super responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue come up, and they took care of our needs immediately. Would rent again.

This home was perfect for our spring break get-a-way. The home was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished. The owner's had anticipated every family's needs for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and even included coffee for our mornings on the patio. The bathrooms were stocked with fluffy white towels and plentiful toiletries.
The location was extremely quiet and a perfect jumping off place for exploring the beautiful area.
Thank you for helping make our vacation an absolute delight!

My husband, our four-year old boy and myself booked a 3-night stay in this house because it looked easy and peaceful and it turned out to be 100 percent true. We loved the little bonus room off the kitchen and while we didn't use it (due to the weather) the patio enclosed on three sides and outfitted with a dining table and chairs. The king beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had the basics plus newish appliances. We didn't once wish for something that wasn't there. Although it's a corner lot it's a super quiet neighborhood. Coupled with the window coverings that kept it dark in the rooms, we slept great.
We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again if it's available next time we go to Montrose.

This is a nice house that is convenient to everything in Montrose. I stayed here for two nights and slept great because the house is in an older, quiet neighborhood. All the furniture was comfortable, and the house was very clean.

Great location!
We rented this for an employee who was traveling here for training. She stated that the property was perfect, and she appreciated that she could just go when she was ready. She did cook while there and said the kitchen had all it needed. The bedroom was comfortable as well.
