We had a fantastic time. Loved the place.

This sweet home was perfect for our family of 4! My teenagers appreciated their private rooms, the kitchen was fully equipped with all we needed. The location was perfect for us as we traveled between Pensacola, Foley, and Perdido Beach. Excellent restaurants and fun activities close by. When we had questions, the host was super quick to reply. I will definitely recommend this spot to friends.

House was nice, everything still pretty new. Decent location in quieter neighborhood but close enough to Pensacola and Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. Dan & Patty were quick to respond to the few minor questions/issues we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Positives: it was exactly as it was described. There were no surprises. It was close to groceries, food, etc. it was a peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. It was clean and neat upon arrival, which made us know the owner takes great care of the place.
Negatives: the backyard fence didn’t touch the ground, which allowed our small dog to escape. We killed a wood roach in the master bedroom. There weren’t many household accessories. We had a total of two trash bags in the house to use. The garage was only able to be opened from inside the house, which was extremely cumbersome as someone trying to park and unload children, luggage, etc. I spoke with property owner and agree to why there isn’t a remote but still can be a burden.
Overall, we had a great stay. We would recommend this place for anyone to stay!

We had a terrific time. The Coastal Cottage was clean, pretty and perfectly equipped. The location was great. It was close to shopping and the beach. The hosts were great to work with. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Cottage! The house is fairly new, clean, and very accommodating. Love the park across the street for pickleball, the 5-minute drive to the beach, the easy walk to the grocery store, the nearby state park, and a quick drive to the major stores and downtown Pensacola. The fenced-in area was perfect for our pups. We would definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

This house is so cute and well-maintained. It’s tucked away on a quiet street just a few minutes from several beach access points and a lot of great restaurants. A huge plus was how well the kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, even things like cooking oil and spices. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

This house is a sweet surprise. It’s so clean, comfortable and in a great location. We loved being close to the National Seashore for the beach access and paddle boarding. There is a nice park across the street from the house. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook on vacation. The backyard has a lot of privacy with an enclosed fenced in area and grill. We will definitely book this one again!

Fun in the sun for sure!
The property was cute and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to gas stations, stores and food. The state park was closed due to hurricane damage so that was kind of a bummer since they wouldn't refund our money once we realized there was no beach access inside that park, but mother nature does what she wants. Overall, we had a great time. Oh! And the neighbors were very sweet!

Cambria - Pensacola/Perdido
We enjoyed our stay in this brand new house near lots of family run restaurants and beach accesses. We were especially happy to have the fenced rear yard to keep our 2 small dogs contained and add to our privacy. The neighbors were very nice.
The managers, Dan and Patty, were very friendly and responsive to any questions and requests that we had. We would certainly stay in this property again if in the area.
Grocery Stores are super close.
The Johnson's Beach National Seashore is a treasure. It does require an entry fee per car which you can purchase for the week (so go early in your stay), or if you have a National Parks Pass you can use that, so make sure to bring it along. Good facilities. There is a close public beach access nearby in Perdido Key, which has restroom facilities which are adequate at best. But it's there to use.
Downtown Pensacola has a lot of fun rehabbed areas/ restaurants and access to Pensacola Beach and you are a stone's throw from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
The beaches in this area are soft and wonderful.
