The host was attentive, the unit was clean, and had everything we needed. We had a great time.

Loved the location and the amenities that Sea Colony offered. Property owner is great to deal with, replies promptly to questions and just super all around.

Cute 2 bedroom condo, no great views but very close to all Sea Colony amenities. Clean on the surface, but could have used a thorough dusting and vacuuming, as is typical of most beach rentals. Bathroom fixtures were dated and small but did the job. Kitchen was clean and appliances were fairly new.

1st time visiting Bethany Beach and Sea Colony! We will definitely be back. The condo was clean, comfy, nice beach décor and spacious for a family of 4. It had everything we needed. Loved being in the end unit, which was quieter. Steps away from beach and pool which made it easy to grab lunch/snacks. Very close to all the shopping and restaurants.

This condo is spacious, updated and well-maintained. Beachside, all the Sea Colony amenities and just a short walk to the Bethany Boardwalk make this a top-notch vacation rental.

Great location very nice 2 bedroom
This Annapolis building 2 bedroom condo was at the quieter end of the sea colony oceanfront buildings. Although not an ocean view it was conveniently located on the 2nd floor and steps away from pools and the ocean. The unit had updated kitchen appliances along with a fully stocked kitchen, very comfy beds and extra large blankets if needed, large size flat screen tvs in ea bedroom and living room and spacious large dining room/table, large balcony with plenty of chairs and tables.

Very pleased with the condo which has beautiful updated furnishings and kitchen. Had plenty of extra pillows and blankets, books and dvds if needed.
Owner was very friendly and helpful with answering a few questions after reservation desk was not so helpful.
