Loved the location out in the woods by the lake and enjoyed seeing deer and turkeys wandering in the yard. The house was very clean and spacious, and a perfect spot for a group get together. Convenient to grocery stores and Boothbay Harbor. Property managers were very responsive to questions.

Attractive home on a sucluded lot. We had 4 couples on our visit and were very comfortable. We enjoy cooking and felt the kitchen could have more like a good sized lobster pot it is Maine after all.

Perfect size for our group of 6 adults. Property management company was responsive to our minor issues.

The house was in a great location, very private and close to town. It accommodated our group of 4 couples very well. It was very nicely furnished and comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom on the lower level where the bathroom had a pump out system, which was a learning experience which included alarms and reset buttons, but not a problem once understood. The kitchen could have included more pots and pans (like a lobster pot), so cooking was not ideal - however, there was enough silverware and dishes/glasses. All in all, we liked it and would return.

The house was large with plenty of room for 6 guests. We loved the screened in porch for our morning talks! Owners suite has a king bed and a gorgeous shower!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, clean and spacious. Our family had a wonderful time! My only bugaboo was that we wanted to use the firepit in the backyard, but the area was rusty and a little overgrown with weeds, so we didn’t feel comfortable using that amenity.

We honestly loved everything about it. The beautiful and comfortable, interesting furniture, great books. Very big home and didn't feel crowded. I could keep going on and on about how much we loved it just want to end its a great place to disconnect from the world.

Minor complaint was not being able to use the closet in the master bedroom, we had to hang our clothes in the closet by the front door. Biggest issue was the odor from the downstairs bathroom. First noticed it Sunday evening. The red light was flashing on the toilet pump. We text the property management company and they responded quickly and sent a plumber that afternoon. When the plumber came, the pump was working and the odor went away that night, but the odor returned the next day and remained for the remainder of our stay. So we did not use the downstairs bathroom or bedroom. We felt bad that the owner had the plumber come out and it was working but the pump needs to be fully inspected. Other than this everything about the house was very good and they did everything they could at the time to correct the issue.

There is ample parking both in the driveway and 2 car garage. The home is clean and bright and appliances are all up to date. It even allows for a family dog to stay (for a fee). The instructions for starting and ending were clear and easy. The 24 hour customer service was prompt and professional. The house was exceptionally clean. Small issues were resolved quickly with on sight supplies and customer service. The main living areas were large and open, well furnished, clear instructions for each amenity, and comfortably designed. Kitchen was well laid out and well equipped. I have rented many houses for extended vacations and this house was the top of the line in every respect. I hope we will have another opportunity to rent this house again next summer. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and had a great layout. We loved having breakfast on the deck as well as a glass of wine in the afternoon. The dining and living areas were comfortable for chatting and playing games. The bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us.
