Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed staying here. From check in and throughout our stay, we appreciated the focus on details, cleanliness, and quality accommodations.

We wanted to get away last minute during 4th of July week. Saw this amazing place and didn't think twice to book. Indoor game room was great to keep the kids distracted after they were worn out from all the outside activities such as pool, corn hole, ping pong and hot tub. There were two kitchen areas which would be perfect if multiple families were staying here. 4 spacious rooms. 1 shareable full bath. 2 of the 4 rooms were masters with full bath. All in All, it was a great stay. Very easy to communicate. Response was within 5 minutes. We received welcome text messages and also locations on where we could dine and visit in the area. We didn't go on any hikes due to the heat, but the location was within 10 minutes from Joshua Tree Park. Would 100% recommend and will stay here again in the future. Thank you!

The house was great for our entire family but there were some issues. It wasn’t cleaned very well. There were cigarette butts outside, some bugs inside, and a lot of hair in one of the showers. The main kitchen had everything you needed however, the stove and oven did not work. Thankfully there is a second kitchen and that oven/stove did work. We all really enjoyed the game room and the pool was great! 15-20 minutes to get into the park. The views of the mountains and stars from the property was awesome as well. Other than the cleanliness and the maintenance stuff, this was a great spot.

Our family had a wonderful time! Could use more ping pong balls - there was only one! Foosball handles are loose. But overall everyone had a great time.

My guests and I (six adults, ages 32-41) enjoyed our stay at Jackrabbit Ridge immensely, and would do it again in a heartbeat! Our favorite aspects were the desert views, the pool, the games (the backyard in general :-) ), and the proximity to hiking trails. When first planning our trip, we considered staying in Palm Springs; but I'd read the noise ordinances there are pretty strict, and while we aren't a wild bunch, we wanted to feel relaxed enough to talk and laugh outdoors without stress. This place proved to be perfect in that regard. We kept both our indoor and outdoor volumes at a respectful level, even more so during quiet hours, and had no issues whatsoever. Whenever we had a question about anything regarding the property, Natae was quick to reply and provide us with relevant information to put our minds at ease. None of us had ever visited this part of the country before, and weren't sure what to expect, but we walked away desert devotees and hope to plan more visits in the future. We would not hesitate to stay at Jackrabbit Ridge again, or another Avantstay property nearby.
