Love the place and not too far from Disney!!

Wonderful place to lay your head! Three sisters who couldn’t get enough of our family time with our aunt and her family in Maitland. Property was clean, well-stocked kitchen, the pool look lovely but the temperatures were over 100 and humidity was high so we spent very little time outside. Highly recommend Christine and her VRBO.

The owner was very nice and helpful but the property needs work for the price. There was no washing machine and dryer which apparently was not listed so that was my fault for not checking. I just assumed there would be one. Dishwasher not working Ice machine not working / missing shelf in fridge Oven not working / owner suggested switching the breaker but we decided not to use the oven Water turned off for non payment which the owner handled very quickly and offered a $50 credit One bedroom had weird wiring where the fan was wired to a can light in the ceiling and could not have fan on while light off Rotten fence around pool No chairs or outside furniture to enjoy pool Yard needed work Does not wash comforters in between renters but has clean sheets and towels It is an older home that has been renovated but poor quality work. Coffee bar was cute and owner stocked kitchen well The owner was very nice and thoughtful and the location was great to be near family It has the potential to be a nice rental property but just needs some work or a lower price point.

Everything was great! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house is big and has a lovely pool that the kids enjoyed very much. We hope to come back soon!

We were in town for a wedding over the weekend and this place was perfect. We were very close to everything we needed (shopping, places to eat, ...etc).

We had a great time in Casselberry. We very much felt at home. We didn't get to use the pool, but pool guys came and if we hadn't left we would have been in it! Would definitely return for a stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and spacious. Christine was great with all communications. Would stay again!!!! Wish it was a little warmer so we could have utilized the pool more.

Great spot for our needs. Property exactly as described! Will certainly look for this property again when our group is in Sanford!!

House was spacious and welcoming. It was located within arms reach of everything we wanted. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be returning.
