This property is beautiful with all the added features (pool, bball court, BBQ). Hosts and service were amazing. Highly recommend to anyone. Close to golfing, shopping and other recreational activities.

Our family(8 adults and 6 gr kids ages 3-10) vacationed at this wonderful property. The house is set up well to accommodate all of us and the backyard was perfect for adults and children. You could stay on site and be totally entertained. The hostess was very prompt w any communication and super helpful!! Great memories

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful stay. Caroline and Kiem, the hosts, truly went out of their way to welcome us and make our stay very easy. We were welcomed with flowers and a large basket of goodies, and plenty of toys brought in just for our little ones (which aren't there if you are traveling without kids). The house was perfectly clean and has a brand new gourmet kitchen and new hotel-like bathrooms. There was plenty of space for our large group to all have their own rooms and space, and a beautiful back yard to swim, grill, rest and relax. The hosts live close by and were available to us for questions on local restaurants and attractions, and could be over quickly if an issue arose (and none did). The neighborhood was lovely, good for walks and exercise, and very close to restaurants etc. We were there for two weeks and had no complaints at all - we would highly recommend staying there for anyone. Private space if you are staying with a group of adults, and just wonderful if you are a family with kids.

We were a group of 8 guys and he made sure that the beds were arranged to comfortably sleep all of us. The home was stocked with all the basic necessities you would expect, plus many extras. We had groceries delivered to the home via Safeway.com prior to our arrival. Kiem signed for the delivery and had the groceries in the fridge before we arrived. We asked Kiem if he had a cooler at the home to use. He did not have one, but went out of way purchase one for our use. We could not have asked for a better location for the house. We utilized Uber to get around during our trip. Our Uber trips to Old Town Scottsdale averaged about $7-8 and took about 10 minutes. The home itself was incredible. We planned many activities for the trip, but ended up spending most of our time at the house. There was no reason to leave with all the entertainment options the home provided. We all had such a great time we are already talking about returning next year, and we hope Kiem's home will be available again.

Upon arrival he had stocked the house with some water, milk, cereal and snacks for us which I thought was a very nice gesture. The house was absolutely perfect for our group, as it provided everyone with beds to sleep on and had lots of space for everyone to enjoy. The backyard and pool was a definitely a great feature for us, as our group got to swim, play basketball, throw a football around and sit by the fire. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Scottsdale. The location of the house was also great as it's only 10 minutes away from Old Town.

We spent Christmas and New Years here. We have to say we had a fantastic time. This vacation Rental was the best, our five children had a great time, hiking, bike riding, playing basketball, whiffle ball, kickball, rollerskating, and everything else you can imagine. There is close proximity to mountains for hiking. They had so many board games there was something for everyone. This house is great for entertaining. The kitchen was fantastic for the Christmas baking and cooking Christmas dinner. We will definitely visit again :-). Thanks for the little things that made it a great time. The pool looks wonderful and would be great if the weather was a little warmer.
