Cute place, lots of rooms with welcoming touches. Reminded me of some of the homes I lived in in College. Only hiccup was coming in late the alarm went off. I wasn't prepared for an alarm situation but when I called the owners, they switched it off for me.

Quiet comfortable

The house is an older home that was fixed up but not updated/ renovated. It had what we needed for the few days we were in the area for our event. I wouldn’t stay here for more than that. The very basic and low supply of cooking and eating utensils. We were luck that we found PLASITIC BUTTER knives otherwise we’ve had to use the one steak knife they had. There was an electrical outlet that I didn’t have a plate around it and it was along the wall the the bed was one. I had to move the bed several inches away to feel Like the potential for a fore hazard was reduced. There was at least 1 bed that didn’t have a plastic mattress cover on it. So I wasn’t sure about how much the owners felt about keeping things sanitized between guests. We did use the can of sanitizing spray that was available. The twin beds on the first floor were hard and could feel the springs in them. The discrimination of the property was lacking information about how the bedrooms were configured to accommodate the number of people they allowed. Had I seen that the guess were on the second floor only and practically in the same room. (The one second floor bedroom feeds into a large open area with 2 more queens to get to the second floor bathroom.) I would’ve reconsidered the reservation. The property is appropriately priced for the condition and neighborhood it’s in.

I like the location but it lacked of basic amenities such as enough towels and bathroom tissue. However owner rushed towels over and that was great. Overall it’s a perfect quaint place but housekeeping desperately needs focused on.
