We selected this home based on the fact it was lake side with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as the men went fishing and the ladies shopping. The home was larger than it looked in the pictures and very comfortable for 3 couples or more. Kitchen was large and fully equipped. Shopping was very close and easy to get to. Men caught fish everyday and limited out 2 of the days. Bob and Sue were great to work with and very prompt with responses even offered suggestions on the area.

Sue and Bob were great! The house is so cozy! It’s was perfect for our family that is used to country life. Had our own backyard and dock right on the water. Plus only minutes from Branson landing and the other attractions on the strip.

Private and Comfy place off the beaten path. So much room to spread out and enjoy the views. Really love the attention to detail. Get ready for relaxing fun on the lake.

From start to finish. The owner continue to communicate with us. Nice atmosphere. Was able to open the back door and go fishing. 2.9 miles from Branson. Nice beds to sleep. And rooms was spacious. Can sit out on the deck and enjoy the scenery. Will definitely be coming back to stay there.

This large home was well-supplied, providing plenty of kitchen items to make food. I used my own, but they even supplied whole-bean coffee and a grinder for fresh coffee in the morning. The setting was beautiful.

House was awesome! Comfy beds, plenty of full bathrooms, HUGE kitchen (with pots/pans/baking dishes etc). We enjoyed morning deck time in the back and evenings in the front. Would highly recommend!!

The house and property are an amazing place to stay to get away from the busy everyday life, but still close enough to Branson to easily go to all the attractions there. We enjoyed fishing for trout from the boat dock daily. The cool waters of Lake Taneycomo quickly cool the air in the early evenings, so it was comfortable to be outside even in the heat of summer. The house is beautiful with plenty of comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy family time. We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to get away for a relaxing trip to the Ozarks.

We had 3 couples, and used two queens and a king bedroom. Each had a separate full bathroom, with a guest bathroom near the pool table room.

We enjoyed this spacious home with a great dock right on Lake Tanneycomo. Perfect place to celebrate our friend’s 60th birthday. Only downside was there were no bars of soap for showers. Everything else was perfect. Sue is a great host.

Great property with a place to watch boats going by. Zero traffic and a quiet location with plenty of space. Our three teenagers had rooms of their own (an enclosed office has a bed) and having three bathrooms is always nice. Absolutely zero complaints!

Overall it was a great stay. Definitely would use them again if we traveled to Branson.
Although the few fallbacks we had were a bit disappointing.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all it seemed. We tried several devices and it didn’t connect. I wasn’t a fan of the key scavenger hunts we had to go in to find the keys for each door. One key specifically would have been nice - then the doors having to be locked in the inside with a key instead of a knob was a bit unconventional
Was kind of frustrated we had to strip the sheets, compile the beddings and start the washer, and start dishwasher. I just assumed that was what the cleaning fee was going towards.
It was a great stay and my husband and I had a lot of fun - especially with the lake being in her backyard for fishing.

We loved the peaceful location overlooking Taneycomo Lake. We felt like we were out in the country even though this property is only about 20 minutes from Branson and all the shows and fun of the city. Lovely home. Property owners are super nice as well as available to help solve any problems that may arise.
