Wow, say it again backwards! This place was absolutely amazing for our family of 3. LeeAnn is such an amazing host with great communication. The house is in amazing condition and super clean. The pool and dock area are beyond belief. They provide so many extras that separate this property from the rest. Kayaks, fishing rods, bait, beach towels and chairs, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, and so much more. Key Colony Beach is a quiet beautiful community! Don’t fear the duplex the neighbors are the nicest people I’ve met. You also have access to the beach club if you want or need a bigger pool for the kids or beach access. We enjoyed everything about this vacation and hated to leave. Just to emphasize how awesome LeeAnn is as a host. The grill had built up a lot of grease from lack of cleaning by guests after cooking. I tried to burn it off but it turned into a big grease fire within minutes. I informed her of the situation and a new grill arrived assembled in 1 1/2 days! Thanks LeeAnn for sharing this property with the world. I hope many others have a chance to enjoy this first class experience as much as I did.

My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED our time spent at Lilo’s In The Keys! The house was excellent & the back patio was like a little slice of heaven. The kayaks were great to take out for morning fishing trips and the local beach was just a couple steps away & so peaceful. We went snorkeling at Captian Pips, went on charters, and even ventured down to Key West for the day. I would highly recommend Lilos In The Keys! Can’t wait to come back in the future!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Key Colony. We had mentioned to the owner it was our anniversary trip and she left a gift of wine in the refrigerator!! The house was perfect ~ very clean, nicely decorated! It had everything you might need (beach towels, floats, games, books, extra food items like spices, etc). Our favorite was the pool! We spent a lot of time by the pool! We would highly recommend this house!!

This place is everything you need. Just pack your clothes and head on down. The owners were so easy to reach and everything is as described (and a little more). Super clean and convenient. It’s neat to watch the wildlife from the canal at any time of day. The pool and patio is very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. It was very clean upon arrival and cupboards were well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the backyard overlooking the canal and definitely e joyed the pool! It’s also located in a beautiful area in Key Colony Beach! We really loved the fact that it was right down the street from the beach and the passes to The Glunz Beach Resort were a bonus! LeeAnn is also an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions we had. A wonderful vacation!!

This place was perfect for our winter blues getaway. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, sitting by the pool, and lots of beach time and reading. We look forward to coming back!

Thank you so much for our home from home vacation in your wonderful rental. The beach access at Glunz was delightful; it really gave our whole time hear another fantastic dimension. Thank you for providing that for us. It’s in an idyllic spot on key colony. Quiet, and has a lovely array of neighbours. The properties next door are owned and on the other side one is a holiday let. The clientele tend to be couples due to the sizes of the properties; so you don’t have to worry about having a big party house next door. There’s everything you need in this house, it’s all taken care of. Although there isn’t a kettle so I had to boil water in a pan. There is a coffee machine though. We were lucky enough to see a manatee. Favourite local dining spots are Havana jacks for happy hour and further afield Key Fisheries and the Island restaurant not far from the petrol station where you turn in to key Colony. Can’t wait to return and to recommend your little gem to friends.

My husband and I had a great time in this house. It was in a great location, quiet neighborhood but close to all the things you could want to do. We brought our boat and the location of the house made it easy to get to both the Atlantic and gulf. The house was clean and had everything you need and more. We hope to stay here again for our next trip to the keys!

Beautiful pool and tiki hut boat slip easy to get in and out. The host thought of everything you need for a stay pot pans cleaning Supplise,grill utensils,fishing rods if you didn't have your own and some hooks and rigs. Over all a great little place to get away

Everything about our stay was amazing. All off the little touches by the property owner, made our stay incredible. It’s the perfect location being right off of Marathon Key and close to all of the activities we decided on doing. It was great for just the 2 of us but definitely would be nice with another couple. Plenty of room and awesome amenities. Loved the use of the Glunz Beach Club. Would definitely love it stay again. Thank you so much!

We have found a little slice of paradise!!! The perfect sized house for us - two adults and a 10-year-old. The house was outfitted with everything we could need! The beds were clean and comfy. (Just a quick suggestion -- adding a couple more "thin" pillows would be helpful for those not acclimated to big fluffy pillows.). The kitchen amenities were plentiful and there wasn't a utensil or dish we lacked. Unlike many other rentals, the owners provided paper products, like toilet paper and paper towels, and cleaning products, like dishwasher and wash machine detergents. They really did think of everything! We spent most of our time poolside, lounging in the hammock swings. Those were our FAVORITE! The owner is a great communicator and responds quickly to VRBO messages, even during our stay. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could need. We booked our next stay before our first day was done! We'll be back!!!

Great dock with fish filet table, we had a manatee visit for almost an entire day. Rented a boat from Coco's around the corner and kept it at our own dock for 2 days. Bathroom and washer and dryer are like new as is the nice sized kitchen. The tiki hut out back is awesome too and the landscape, lighting, and seating around the pool are excellent. We loved it, the island is kind of low key and this is probably the most humble house on the island as there are many upscale homes. Island fish company down the road was a fav of ours and Angler and Ale is only 10 minutes north. Overall we loved our time at this home.

Just as advertised and even better upon arrival. At the end of each day, a relaxing time for a drink or three in the pool. Caught some fish off of the dock and the short walk to Havana Jacks was worth it! Great staff there and felt welcomed every time. What a great week! Thank you and would definitely stay there again!

The house was perfect for my wife and I - really clean, great location and Aaron was very responsive to our requests. He is a great host - we had some issues with our booking at first (website issues) and Aaron completely worked with us, and continued to assist during our stay, always responding right away to any questions or requests we had. The pool is an awesome feature, definitely a perk for after a long day in the sun, and the tiki hut was great for hanging out during the day when we didn't feel like heading anywhere. The kitchen is very nicely equipped, including blender for our margs. The grill was also really nice to have! We didn't rent a boat this time, but the dock is good size and very well maintained. Beds are really comfortable, and there are tv's in every room. Overall, our vacation was amazing and we are already looking at dates next year to come back. Definitely a perfect place to stay!
