This house is PERFECT for your beach stay! It has everything you need for your relaxing trip at the beach! The hosts even let us check in FOUR hours early! Super comfortable beds. Plenty of room for a family/friends dinner too!

The little apartment had everything we needed and more. It was within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We were greeted with a welcome tray of goodies and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The furniture was all very comfortable. It provided a great home base for our little family vacation. We would definitely stay here again

The place was clean and in a good area. Close to the beach and dining. Easy to get to Huntington Beach. We had a welcome letter and some treats left by Susan and Ted for when we got there. Susan was very easy to get hold of and i was about to ask questions for weeks prior to our stay.

Such a well cared for, stocked, perfect place to stay if you want to be a few blocks from the beach. It was a short walk to a fun shopping area with lots of restaurants. I highly recommend the Greek bakery/coffee shop Pietris. Susan and Ted made sure we even had a small welcome gift of snacks that was greatly appreciated. The AC is quiet and works well. The parking spot was helpful but there was also plenty of street parking. We liked the outdoor shared patio - had fun playing cards there once it cooled off. If we come back to Long Beach, this is the place for us.

WOW!!! From the moment you step in with a super clean and well decorate interior, it feels like home but better. We only needed a two bedroom so the size was perfect. Even better the fold out couch was super comfy. Ted and Susan went above and beyond to decorate with oceanside decor and new furniture. There were plenty of bathroom soads and shampoos. If this was not enough, the hand written note and carefully designed local attractions book was the icing on the cake... How about multiple coffee pots from complimentary pods, to french press (with coffee)... electric tea pot... plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, and spices, sugar etc. neatly (almost artistically) standing in the cabinets. Super cold air (still warmer for our stay) in every room modernized the 1920 feel just enough to add comfort. Easy walking to an awesome, and charming main street with great dining places from Nicks to several pizza parlors and bars. THANK YOU!!! - We will return.

We love the California coast but had not been to Belmont Shore. It is a great little costal community and this house is right in the center of waking to shops and just minutes away from the beach. If you want bigger waves and don’t want to deal with any traffic, catch and Uber or Lyft to Seal beach…busier but bigger boogie board waves or go only 20 minutes south to the world’s surfing capital, Huntington.
We brought our three teen daughters and this place had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Susan stayed in constant communication and made it so easy to find. She left a cute note, snacks, and even toiletries which came in handy with this many girls along in the trip. We will be back!!
