We spent 6 nights here with two kids. Great spot for a lake view and access with boat. House is well appointed and beds comfy!

Location- Stunning sunrise’s with extensive water views! This property faces due East which is not only great for sunrises, but also having the sun in the west in the afternoon makes it much cooler on the property. The property is minutes away from grocery stores, pharmacies and wonderful restaurants. However, you would never know you were that close to town based on the property location nestled on a hill surrounded lots of trees and very quiet. The screened in patio even has a canal that runs along the side of it which makes you feel like you’re surrounded by water.
Boating - The property is located in the cove off the main thorough fare between two bridges, which reduces a lot of the boat traffic and wake action at the pier. The bridges had an 8 foot clearance, which was plenty for our Deep V 18 foot center console to pass under that we brought with us from the coast. The dock had ample cleats, and we were able to secure our boat in the middle of the slip so any waves did not affect the boat. We didn’t even need to put fenders out. This is a huge benefit as a Boater because it protects your boat from rubbing at the pier. Plenty of deep water to enjoy the dock. Nice open Bay Area for tubing, again with limited boat traffic. The boat landing is literally 1 minutes away. Trailer parking on premises! The Property - as advertised and promised! Thoughtfully provisioned house with extremely comfortable beds and bedding. 3 king beds! Great Host! We’ll be back…

We had a great time at this property. Outdoor was a huge highlight that included great space, lots of green, and easy water access. The interior was cozy but it was the outdoor space that made this property delightful. Everything was easy and the property owner was great in all pre-stay correspondence!

House was clean and as advertised. Owner knew we were arriving late and turned interior and exterior lights on for us. Which was much appreciated as the area is very dark.
Can’t say much more about the house as we arrived late and left early each day. House was used primarily for sleeping.

We rented this lake house for the Labor Day weekend. The house and property was exactly as expected. We also enjoyed the location. The owner communication was great.

We had such a great time at the Sway House. The canoes are a nice touch. We paddled around the lake for a few hours and took in the beautiful setting. It’s set in a nice quiet cove and was very relaxing and peaceful. The house itself is perfect. All the comfort creatures of home with games to play, comfortable places to sit and read a book, and a fireplace out back. It offered a true escape from our busy lives.

Our family has stayed at this property multiple times and we always enjoy our annual lake trip. The location is so convenient to fish tale marina , restaurants and Publix. We cook all of our meals there and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the necessary items to prepare meals. The dock is great for a boat and jet skis. The neighbors are super nice and always chat with us when we’re outside. Angela ( the owner) is so quick to answer any questions that we had before or during our stay. I highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to beautiful Lake Oconee

Quiet Spot
Beautiful quiet spot on the lake, the house was well appointed and clean. We enjoyed our stay and using the canoe. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Bottle of wine upon arrival was a nice touch.

Perfect Lake House for the Family
This was our first time renting a lake house and what an incredible find. The view of the lake was incredible, and the canoes were a wonderful addition. The house itself was just perfect, with three nice sized bedrooms, and the niceties the host included made it so special. It's located so close to shopping and restaurants, and just off the main road so access was wonderful. I'd highly recommend it to any family looking for privacy and a great family retreat!

Three Kings is exactly as described. We only stayed for two nights, so didn’t make use of the kitchen, but it was extremely well stocked for a vacation rental. Our kids had a great time fishing & swimming on the dock. We picked up dinner nearby, very close to local shops & restaurants if you don’t want to cook. Friendly neighbors on adjacent properties. Canoe was an added bonus!

We had a perfect long weekend at this wonderful Lakehouse. The setting is beautiful with a great view down to the dock and lake. We enjoyed making s’more‘s in the firepit and relaxing by the fire in the evening. We launched our boat from the public boat ramp approximately a half mile from the home which was very convenient and kept the boat tied to the dock. Our kids had a blast canoeing and swimming as well. Overall it was exactly what we were hoping for when searching for the perfect Lakehouse vacation. Can’t wait to come back!

Three Kings is exactly as described. We only stayed for two nights, so didn’t make use of the kitchen, but it was extremely well stocked for a vacation rental. Relaxing Getaway
Our family had an amazing time at this property. My kids said they had the best vacation ever. We were able to relax and decompress in a clean and warm environment. Had an awesome time creating memories. Will Definitely come back. Management was very responsive and we had everything we needed. Looking for a quiet getaway, this property is it!!!!

Fantastic experience!
This house is stocked with everything you might need to enjoy your vacation. The canoes were a huge hit with our family and my kids loved catching fish right from the dock. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for being such great hosts!

Three Kings delivered! Property was everything we hoped it would be. We took the canoes out and found where the local heron likes to hang out. Bonfire with s'mores every night! Internet speed allowed some to work and others to attend virtual school from the property. Just what we were looking for.

Great Stay
Taking my kids on a short vacation.. as a newly single dad, I was sure to forget something, but luckily the house had everything you need.... views were amazing, canoes, good fishing off the dock, fire pit, puzzles and games and beach towels (which I did forget). House was clean and comfy, very quiet area of the lake. Definitely recommend.

Great weekend!
Beautiful property the home was clean and comfortable. We really did not want to leave the property,. we cooked wonderful meals together. sat around the fire pit, enjoyed a glass of wine on the dock and watched the sun set. Swan with the assorted tubes, took our the canoes, and watched the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the deck. We will rent again.
