Overall, this place was fine for a short stay, but it was a bit cluttered with trinkets, there were some toilet issues from the moment we arrived, and one of the bedspreads smelled musty. It was a bit tedious to sort through the host's paperwork before gaining access to the property, too.
Hosts were fantastic and responded quickly, though. Great welcome binder in the cottage helped us enjoy a pleasant stay. Well-equipped kitchen. High-quality TV. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location was great with easy access to the local attractions. The updated cottage was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Easy communication with property managers, very clean and cute cottage with everything you could need for family vacation. This was our 2nd year staying at Beach dreams but this cottage our favorite so far, will be looking to book again for future summer trips.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is small but we had enough space for our family. There was plenty of board games and movies for rainy days. We had a lot of useful instructions for the beach and recommandations about the area. Thank you Vanessa and Brian for the warm welcome. We felt like home!

Nice area to stay. The only issue we had was the sheets didn’t fit the bed very well as they kept slipping off. So other than that we were happy with the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. It was very clean and comfortable, and the perfect size for our group of four. The full kitchen was terrific for breakfast (and even a dinner). The kids enjoyed playing tennis, and the hot tub, fitness center and game room, were nice attractions. Good location, close to Kennebunk, Ogunquit, York. Several beaches in quick driving distance - closest maybe a mile and a half walk. We also enjoyed the mini golf course just down the street. Everything was as described, and communication was quick and easy. Thank you to Vanessa and Brian. Overall, a fun, relaxing getaway!

The Beach Dreams cottage was a great base for exploring Ogunquit and very comfortable. While the cottage is compact, it is well organized and we found both the living room area and screen porch great places to hang out and talk. Vanessa and Brian were very responsive when we had questions.

The cottage was centrally located, close to many restaurants and other conveniences. The owners have a nicely decorated and well provision property with every convenience renters would need and expect. They were readily available and quickly responded to our only question concerning entertainment. We truly enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to others. It is not totally private with a good number of children playing around the cottage but that was not an issue for us. We would have no problem returning and feel it was a good rental at a reasonable price.

My friend and I had a fantastic time in Wells! Vanessa and Brian provided a very organized and well thought out portfolio of the wonderful things to do and experience in Wells. Their place was lovely, clean and we felt very much at home! Thank you, Vanessa and Brian!

First time staying here. Cottage was very clean and Vanessa and Brian thought of everything. Extremely well stocked.
Excellent communication with them and very rapid response time. Quiet neighborhood and Beach Dreams property is very well maintained.

We have stayed at the Beach Dreams cottage community twice before and knew what to expect, it is a great place to stay when in the Wells/Ogunquit area. The community is quiet, family friendly and close to everything. There is a nice pool, and clubhouse as well. Vanessa and Brian have renovated their cottage and all the beautiful details made it a happy and relaxing place to call "home". From the easy check- in process to the cleanliness to the thoughtful bottle of wine upon arrival, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything you need is there. We hadn't been on a proper getaway in 3 years and my husband and I had a fantastic visit. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids had a wonderful stay. The house was very cozy, had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings for breakfast. Close to many beaches and beautiful destinations. We will miss our stay and hope to come back.

We were able to visit many of the beaches that were close by. Cooked lobster, played one of the many games that they had almost every night. Enjoyed the peace and quiet neighborhood!

The cottage was very well maintained. It’s clear that the owners care very much for the property and their renters. We are looking forward to renting this property again next year.

Very clean bungalow. It was very quiet as it was in a gated complex and the unit was near the back. The unit had all the amenities needed for our stay. We really appreciated the washer/dryer combo as it set us up nicely for the remainder of our trip in RI.
I can’t say enough how accommodating the owners were for our stay. They were very quick to answer any question we had and worked around our travel schedule. They were also very polite and nice to deal with.
This bungalow had all switches labeled which was new to us but very nice so that we knew exactly what each would turn on and off.
We enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning before starting our day and then at night before retiring to bed.
