This was a girlfriends trip to the beach. The unit was nicely furnished and we felt right at home from the start. The view of the beach and ocean was so beautiful that getting up early to watch the sunrise was a real treat. Plenty of restaurants nearby with friendly wait staff and some interesting shopping at The Country Store. We had an excellent time and hope to be repeat renters.

Great ocean views. The condo was super clean and this is the most important on my list. Loved the decorations and beach theme. Please add a full size couch, the print of the love seats were beautiful but it needs to be full size. I would take away the small table and chairs, no need for them. The bedspreads were nice colors and brighten things. Let folks know to bring beach chairs after labor day. Sea Colony stated they have chairs for the week to rent and it was closed. We stayed starting 9-16, the parking lot was empty and we were not able to park 3 cars on the lot. I can understand if it was during the summer. This was very frustrating when the lot was empty, we asked about the parking and were told the parking passes and parking is relaxed the following week. Great stay overall, the home is beautiful.

Our family had a great time at this property. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the condo was just as spacious as it looked in photos! It was just right for five adults and one child. The location is perfection- private beach, a quick walk to town, great restaurants and drugstores right across the street. Sea Colony really feels like a community with the evening events they put on. The unit was overall clean, except for the living room area rug that is just the kind that will always look like it wasn’t totally vacuumed, and a top bunk where we found an old resort ID card from 2022. Everything else was spotless, it even smelled super clean when we first walked in! The mattresses were just ok (springy and a bit noisy), but everyone slept well. We had a small issue with the ice maker on the fridge leaking, and it took most of the day to hear back through the text support line. Definitely suggest calling if you need more immediate service. All communication with Vacasa prior to the trip was superb, though! Very fast and satisfactory responses. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would recommend the property, and we plan on booking the same unit if we return in future years. Random packing suggestions for others: bring toilet paper (there were only two rolls for the three bathrooms), and regular sized bowls if you want to eat soup or cereal! The ones supplied are either small or shallow.

Beautiful location and views! The master shower had mold on the walls. The kitchen sink was stinky/fishy, so that needed to be drained or cleaned more. Overall, loved it and it was very nice!

First time staying in Bethany Beach. Absolutely loved it. Also first time vacationing in the early Spring. Loved it even more. Except for cooler ocean water and some limited restaurant hours it was just like late summer vacations. Sea Colony was an excellent venue. Would absolutely stay there again. A solid 10 out of 10.

Great ocean view, great sunrise, great walks on the beach; very relaxing

Although the exterior is dated the interior was lovely and updated and the view cannot be beat- BOTH ocean and sunset views. The after hours check in was pretty rough- the number we were told to call was an international operator who not only did not know what we were supposed to do but also gave us bad advice- she eventually called a local rep who was knowledgeable but I would not recommend checking in after hours.
