Beautiful place to stay. Easy commute between Ybor City and this place. Would have been a 5 star experience if it had had just a few more amenities (hair dryer, basic toiletries-shampoo, body wash) and one coffee serving for first morning. Enjoyed using the paddle boards and getting a visit from stingrays and dolphins!

The house itself was lovely and beautifully furnished but the outside had a lot of debris from some construction. Also, some blinds didn’t work, 2 TV’s didn’t work and some furniture was missing. The owner was told and he planned to rectify these issues after we left. We found the entry system problematic as there was a hitch with my phone. Luckily we were able to contact the owner who could get us in remotely. It would have been helpful to have some instructions re TV operation, recommended stores and restaurants , garbage collection etc.

We had an amazing time in this cute, beach house in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect! All the attractions were close by and the view is lovely! The check-in process was simple and effective. The owner was attentive to questions and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Our while family loves to fish. We especially enjoyed the private dock. We enjoyed seeing a manatee that came close to the dock to visit us. Great surprise!

We (my husband, 11-month old son and myself) had a most wonderful stay at this waterfront home. It was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The rental had lots of spare paper towels, towels, hand wash soaps, etc so we never called to ask for something to be replenished. It was super clean and the beds and bed covers/comforters were plush and comfortable. There was also m an abundance of smart TVs (two in common areas, one in master bedroom and another bedroom). The fridge had an ice dispenser which was great for the summer Florida weather. I must make an honorable mention to say that Brent and Brian are probably the most accommodating hosts I’ve met both on Vrbo and airbnb! We asked for a high chair and pack and play for our 11 month old prior to arrival and both were delivered before we arrived! There was a minor mishap when the door to the garage from inside malfunctioned and we were locked out (be careful to make sure the lock on the garage door handle from inside is vertical not horizontal before reflexively shutting the door behind you to do laundry etc). But Brian was quick to send someone over to let us in! We spent a most wondrous week at this well appointed rental and won’t hesitate to be back!

We did not know the area so I was not sure about the neighborhood but was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The neighbors were also very welcoming. Perfect home for vacationing. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. It felt brand new and the layout was great for a family. The neighborhood is very quiet and my children caught lots of fish from the dock. We definitely will be back.

Our stay was short, but very pleasant. The home was just as beautiful as the photos; well appointed, tastefully decorated, and clean. The neighborhood felt very safe and was nice and quiet. Every amenity we needed was on hand...plush beds, quality linens, and all the creature comforts one needs in a home away from home. Brent was very responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this home for your next stay!

House was amazing! We will definitely be back. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The owner was quick to respond with any questions I also had prior to arrival. My only suggestion is to get bigger shower heads for your bathrooms as the showers are big and the showerheads did not have great water pressure.

This VRBO was everything you could want. The host was very thoughtful and left items we may need. The rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and common areas were all updated and sparklingly clean. All the appliances are up to date or new. All new pots, pans, dishes and baking supplies were at the ready. The sheets and other linens were all of great quality. The best is the view from the back yard/boat dock! I woke up every morning to the sun shining and people stand up paddle boarding, kayaking or boating on the channel. I used the patio off the Master for morning yoga, and we all had a fabulous time on the paddle boards. We saw dolphins! There are two relaxation areas outside with a thoughtful layout and lovely landscaping. Mature trees host the busy bird life. One additional perk that was very nice was having a garage to pull into - it just made everything easier. Access was remote, and when we had a question, we called our host who answered immediately and got us right in. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for letting us stay!
