The property was great, should definitely advertise elevator more. That help make the vacation better for my parents. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved both decks!

There were 15 ladies who celebrated our 50th nursing school anniversary. We rented 2 side by side condos which turned out to be the absolute best setup for us all. The condos were very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. It was also within walking distance of the pier and beach. The manager stopped by several times to check on us which was thoughtful. 5 stars!!

The property was very clean, and in an excellent location. It was walking distance to almost everything. Only complaints are the linens and the mattresses. Desperately need an update and way more towels and washcloths than provided. Beautiful property!

Property was quite nice. Very comfortable with plenty of space. Only problem we ran into was a broken dining room chair. Otherwise overall great experience.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We rented two condos and they just so happened to be across the hall from each other. Joseph responded to our questions in a timely manner. Would definitively recommend you stay here.

The property is very nice and has plenty if room in it. Furniture current and not worn down. Very close to the beach and reasonable checkout instructions for once🙂.

The only drawback was the elevator was out of order and the stairs can be challenging for older people. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the quiet calm environment of Tybee Island.

Plenty of space for larger groups. Each room had it's bath and the second living room was great for space to spread out. Easy walk to the beach and two nice balconies to enjoy.

Our stay was awesome! The condo was thoroughly cleaned and the check in process was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed Labor Day weekend with all of our adult children and a few dogs. The property was very spacious with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. The AC was cold and the beds comfortable! We had everything we needed to cook and hang out. The location allowed us to walk to the pier and restaurants. No need to drive. The property manager was very responsive to all the questions and very accommodating. We had a fantastic family weekend. We highly recommend this place for your family vacation. Thanks so much!

House was located close to the beach and was very comfortable.

The condo was perfect for all 8 of us staying there. My nieces and nephews even had their own bathrooms which were nice. We enjoyed family game night, lounging on the couch and relaxing. Mr. Giles was very responsive and communication was great as well. This was the first time I was able to have my sisters, brother-in-law and all nieces and nephews under one roof and it was a great memory making time. I would stay here again.

2 blocks from the beach and beautiful. The two balcony patios were lovely for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Two living rooms and spacious bedrooms gave our group of seven more than enough elbow room.

10 women from my family stayed at this property. There was so much space for all of us. The proximity to the beach, bars, and restaurants was great. Not everything was in perfect condition, but it was almost better that way. It’s almost more relaxing because you aren’t stressed about ruining anything. Having two living spaces was amazing. We had two kids under 10, so they could use one area and everyone else could use the other. Another big plus was communication with the management. It was always timely. I would stay again!!

We rented units 3 and 4 and both were prefect for our family gathering and birthday celebration. Upon arrival we were delighted by the size of rooms and kitchens were well supplied with everything needed for meal preparations and serving for our large group.

Great location- only a block from the beach, not a far walk, even with 3 small kids. Clean inside and newly renovated. Highly recommend

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Tybee Retreat. The unit was spacious, centrally located and well equipped. We had such a wonderful time there. The unit is great for large families and the property manager was a literal gem. She was so kind and addressed an issue we had immediately.

This was such a great place to stay for our trip to Tybee! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all the guests and located very close to the beach as well as the main strip in Tybee. There was parking available which fit our two vans with plenty of extra room. Joseph was very quick to reply with any questions we had. Over all great experience for my first time busing Vrbo.

This property is great for a large party - lots of bedrooms and lots of beds. Location was great - we were able to walk everywhere. Quiet at night. Parking was easy and plenty of room for both cars. Communication with host was easy and quick.

The host Joseph and Jordan were excellent to work with, I cannot say enough about how helpful and hospitable they were. The first concern was parking, as the unit only has parking for 2 vehicles, but they were extremely accommodating and helpful in getting that resolved for us. The unit itself was wonderful in that it had more than enough room, beds, bathrooms, and space for all of us. The unit itself has a wonderful layout that makes it feel very spacious and was equipped with everything that we needed. It is a very short walk to the main center of town and to the beach, and Savannah is about a half-hour drive if you are interested in a day trip. Check-in and out was super easy . While we had an interesting start to our trip (no details to protect the innocent), I can confidently say that the attention of this property management company went above and beyond our expectations. The condo is unbelievably spacious with beds for everyone. We really enjoyed each bedroom having its own bathroom. You can never go wrong with two separate living rooms. While, I think the carpets could’ve been cleaner and maybe updating mattresses at some point (they were not uncomfortable, I just think more places are really working hard in that experience), I am pretty confident that the Giles family will continue to do all they can for their guests.

This property is very nice. It was. A good value, and plenty of space for larger groups. The one negative is that parking is very tight at this place.
