The pool has been neglected and needs attention. The temperature was well over 100º and took a few days to bring back down in the 90's apparently after a few days someone had to come to turn the heater off. There are holes on the bottom and the sides of pool and it could use a good scrubbing as well. We were very disappointed that we could not relax in the pool due to it being so hot. Also, the Vacasa Customer Service Specialists did not take the time to read email questions and gave completely unrelated answers or suggestions but were apologetic for the amount of time it took for them to respond (1 week - we were already there). House was clean.

House is really nice. Quiet neighborhood. Really great landscaping. Pool needs work. Pool screen needs work. Need pest control. Kitchen too many ants.

Everything was great, very clean house, the only issue was that the lanai had a few rips in it but since it’s not bug season it really didn’t matter.

Communication with Vacasa has been difficult. Originally booked through VRBO and then home was transferred to Vacasa. Home has a pool - listing states that it’s heated during the winter months, but we learned that it’s only heated if you request 72 hours in advance and pay $32/day. This was a big surprise to me and Vacasa still hasn’t helped solve. Listing should also be updated to clearly communicate to future bookings. Additionally, the pool needs work - pool light is burned out and pool overall is quite old and needs some work. There were not sufficient paper products left at the house for the duration of our stay and I ended up going out and buying additional. Landscaping crew came during our stay as well and was there for several hours - lots of noise during kids nap time. I would suggest updating the listing to mention that the home has 4 bedrooms vs 3 as there is a separate room with a couch bed. Neighborhood is quiet overall - location is within 5 min of publix which was convenient.

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway with our dog. We also invited some family to join us for a night. This was a great house and was very comfortable. The outside space and pool was just the right size and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The home is very convenient to Fisherman’s Village which was a fun option for a slightly rainy morning. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an incredible time in this beautiful home! The house was beautifully decorated and extremely roomy and comfy. The backyard was a beautiful setting for outside dinners under candlelight. I really highly recommend this property!

The house was exactly as was shown. Plenty of room to spread out. We had an issue early on but it was soon taken care of. Things I loved about our stay here were fishing poles in good working condition and the washer and dryer in the garage. We all came home with clean clothes which has never happened before.

The original door code didn’t work but we had a new one provided quickly by Turnkey with one phone call. I do suggest a motion detection light over the front door, as it was hard to punch in door code in the dark but otherwise very happy & will return!! My granddaughter and niece loved the pool. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and area was nice.Had some questions upon arrival but all were answered promptly. We had a wonderful time.
