We had issues with turning around in the driveway & got stuck for a brief moment.
Our daughter lives next door to Laurel Falls wedding venue & your home is the perfect location when she has a full house!

The cabin was great, very clean and well appointed. I’d recommend arriving during daylight as it’s really tucked in down a gravel road.

We had a pleasant time staying for 2 nights. Everything is clean and equipped. Getting to the property at night might be little tricky as the pathway is not well paved (gravel and narrow), only ideal if you have a 4x4 vehicle. Totally surrounded by tall trees. Quite isolated.

This property is between Asheville and Black Mountain. We visited both and also hiked to the Pinnacle of Craggy Mountain. Fairview has great eating. We had breakfast twice at The Local Joint and homemade ice cream at The Hilltop Ice Cream.

The house was amazing. The road to the house could be difficult if you have a small car or are uncomfortable with small, dirt, mountain roads. The area was very nice, quiet, and close to Asheville.
The company that does the management was a nightmare. They messaged me 1 day before my stay to tell me the oven was broken but told me to use the grill or the air fryer. There was no air fryer and it rained the whole time so grilling would have been miserable. They refused to give me any sort of refund unless I signed a waiver saying I would not make negative comments. They were also very patronizing and condescending in there communications. When I said I wanted to make a cake for my wife's birthday They told me I could use a croc pot, there wasn't one at the house.
Ultimately I would recommend finding a different house. Problems with management like this are why people prefer staying in a hotel.

Great house. Looks all new inside. Loved the layout and kitchen and outdoor grill looked brand new
Master bedroom needs a barn door installed, currently door will not close
Unfinished road leading to house very challenging
