Amazing experience, from A-Z! I could repeat every positive comment written before but it's all been said! This location and the property manager are top notch! Beautiful memories made with my best girlfriends and the little details LauraLee and her husband did before we arrived made it even extra special! The stay was excellent. The cabin was so pretty and new feeling. It was well stocked with anything we needed. The host was amazing and responsive. This was my first VRBO experience but it was great.

Beautiful Cabin in the woods. I was in the area to hike the Bigelows. The little touches is what made my stay so enjoyable. For example, the fire pit was set up with tinder, so I only had to strike a match to have a fire in the evening. It was so nice to come home to comfortable bed after an 11 hour hike. I definitely want to book again!

This cabin is the perfect location for those who enjoy the Maine outdoors. Our family of five, including three teenage boys, loved this as an alternative to camping. We did extensive hiking, fishing, swimming, paddling, and bicycling, mixed together with an appropriate amount of reading under host provided cozy blankets on multiple couches, as well as game time at the kitchen table when it was rainy outside. Cathedral Pines trail system is right down the road, as well as a public beach at the campground. The Flagstaff Lake public boat launch is a short distance down Route 27, where you can swim off the dock, or even jump off the bridge if you're the more daring type. Scenic boat tours also leave from this location. Sugarloaf Mountain and the Narrow Gauge Pathway are just 20 minutes away, where there are miles of walking, hiking, and biking trails. You can also zipline or take a scenic chair lift. Rangeley is also within reasonable driving distance. The cabin itself was immaculately clean upon arrival, stocked with all the things you might need during your stay, including coffee and creamer, spices and basic some non-perishables in the pantry, and varied cooking appliances and utensils. There is plenty of comfortable spaces to relax with mountain views. The host was highly responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout our stay. We would stay here again, and would recommend it as a great place to stay when visiting Maine.

It’s like living in Shangri La! You’ll understand when you stay here. LauraLee is the most thorough host we’ve ever had. Cozy place top to bottom! Fuzzy blankets in every corner to a pantry filled with necessities and even a box of Ghiradeli brownie mix. A wonderful place to come home to after a day on the kayaks or a hike on the range. We’re already planning our next trip to the cabin. Excellent overall!

Gorgeous property and the owner did a fantastic job making our stay went off without a hitch

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at the cabin in early July. Very clean and well equipped. The bed in the loft was super comfortable and the other two bedrooms also looked comfy. I would like to come back for a longer stay with friends or family. Plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults with the newly renovated downstairs bedrooms, bath, laundry and living room. Our host was very hospitable and thoughtful; intentionally stocking the refrigerator and pantry with some helpful essentials to make the first couple of days a little more relaxing. Six eggs, half & half, coffee, filters, canned soup, pancake mix and syrup, olive oil, and a few other helpful items. My personal favorites - cold root beer in the fridge and a rich brownie mix in the pantry. The firepit was prepped for an evening fire so all we had to do is light a match. That was a nice touch. Laurelee is an over the top and considerate host with a natural gift for making you feel welcome. The cabin is only a few of miles from the Cranberry Peak trail. It's a rough, rocky hike but the payoff at summit is worth the effort. Great views of Flagstaff Lake and the surrounding mountains. The following day our legs felt like cooked spaghetti so we opted for a drive up Quill Hill and visit to Rangeley. Incredible views! On our last day we rented a tandem Kayak at the gas station next to the Cathedral Pine Campground and paddled all around Flagstaff lake. Can't wait to come back!

The cabin is new, nice and offers a great view of the surroundings. It’s a pleasure to stay there.
