location is great and staff were nice. You can use the kitchen.
The bottom sheet would ping off when you sat or got on the bed. This was frustrating as the mattress smelt very bad. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Also people smoke in their rooms this would come in your room.

the staff is friendly And always there. the location is nice.
the kitchen did not really had things to use. Every morning we woke up with the staff singing to the baby. and when we were there, there were screaming And fighting people in the other rooms. we didnt sleep at all. also the room is really small. also it is next to a hostel that as really loud music on on friday or saterdays.

Cheap and cheerful. We felt very welcome from the hosts. We were upgraded into a bigger room because they had space, that was a really nice touch and much appreciated! It was family home clean but not hotel room clean which we didn't mind.
Only one bathroom. Bring mosquito spray for Nicaragua.

A really friendly and kind family. If you want a taste of Nicaraguan life in the centre of San Juan del Sur, this is the nicest family to experience it with.

David is a kind person and the place is not far from the beach
Place is not very comfortable. Bathroom is not in really good conditions and there is no soap to wash your hands
