I liked the area, the place itself

The fact that we were not told about the visitor's policy/ rules in time as a result we could not do some of the things we wanted together because others were not welcomed in

Lovely modern place to stay with lots of space and comfort. House was close to shops and places to visit. Had 2 private parking bays for use. complex is safe and secure with friendly staff. The owner of the accommodation was quick to respond and assisted with any query. For future visitors, there are monkeys in the area so if you not in a room, make sure the windows and doors are closed. They are little opportunists.

Unfortunately a few items were broken: toaster, dining room chair, blind in main room and 2 bathroom lights didnt work. These are easy fixes but just to note. My bedroom bed linen was stained, but the host replaced it as soon as he was made aware. As suggestions for the host for future, the bath towels need to be bigger and it would be nice to have some bathroom amenities like soap / bodywash.

The place is really beautiful in a quiet neighborhood, and it looks exactly as it is on the pictures. Checking in was easy and convenient

Just a suggestion that since it's a 3 bedroom house, can the owner add more plates and glasses

there must provide barbecue areas or equipment

Everything about the house was beautiful, looked exactly like the pictures and even more beautiful in person. Security is tight, we felt safe at all times. It was convenient to travel to restaurants and the beach.

We were not properly briefed about the check-in process. So constantly having to ask things that could have been cleared out before arrival was not nice, since the security is tight and they have strict rules that need to be followed.

Location and space

Towels were old, stained and dirty looking. Pillows uncomfortable and old. No hairdryer available. Poor connection for wifi. No shower jel or soaps for bathroom. No Netflix connectivity..No dstv catch up. Basically no fiber connection. Crockery - plates were not for microwave. No knives to chop food and other items. No real wine cork opener. Lamp shades avail in room with no adaptor to connect the bed side lamps. No cleaning service for 3 days. Self clean up required. No water bottles available for drinking safe water. Iron was dirty and brown. Bathrooms have grime

everything ❤️❤️❤️the host is great the house is clean. enough cleaning materials enough tissues cutlery,crockery towels and the securities are super friendly

the only issue is lights when there’s loadshedding and outdoor furniture

Everything expect the outside area

The place needs a braai or chairs outside
