The location of the apartment was very good as it allowed us to fully explore the best areas of European Istanbul. In addition, the host was very welcoming and stayed up until 3 am just to greet us and help us
The bathrooms were a bit too old. The toilet was uncomfortable and the shower cap was a bit broken as well.

The checkin/-out and the communication have been perfect. They organised us the transfers to the airport for a very fair price. As well they anwered very fast every time we had an issue. We have been 10 people and we had plenty of space to chill in the living room/ kitchen.

Property description states it's a ground floor but what we got was 1 underground with 2 bedrooms in additional underground floor! When I refused the property as I had 2 elderly guests with me who can't take stairs, they offered us another unit which requires taking stairs with 3 or 4 steps but the steps were so high that the elderly guest couldn't take. I refused to check in and now they are refusing to refund my money although we didn't spend a single night and didn't get per the property description in their listing! In fact it's a false listing. Worst experience ever with very rude attitude.

The appartment was nice and clean. The communication with the host was really good, quick answers wich were helpfull. location of the appartment was perfect, the Galata tower was two steps away. Thanks for everything I recommended.

completely underground ( we didn’t know) photos on booking com were of multiple apartments and did not reflect our apartment . it was clean but scruffy - doors in kitchen hanging poorly - stain on sofa - bathroom shelf at hanging at an angle. damp smell in Lowe basement floor. very noisy

clean, good location, comfortable bedding, kitchen facilities
non existent sound proof, floor makes creaky sounds when stealth walking i guess this is due to the wood nature of the tilt
for families or non couples all rooms have double bed no single beds if you have kids or going with a friend

NOTHING. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. IT IS A FRAUD and EXTREMELY DIRTY and smelled like smoke and POOP.
I was supposed to stay here for 4 nights but left after the 1st night because it was honestly the worst place I have stayed in my entire travel life. I complained to the hosts about all the issues we were having and he never even responded back to me. They also owe me a refund for not staying the full 4 nights, but they are refusing to pay back or even respond to my messages. The beds were
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM BOOKING.com. I am working with the legal team to make sure I receive a refund and that this place is removed. THis place is a JOKE.
-EXTREMELY DIRTY ROOMS AND BED SHEETS. EVEN THE TOILETS WERE NOT FLUSHED AND FILLED WITH POOP
-MY CHILDREN FOUND CIGARETTES ON THEIR BED
-THE SIZE OF THIS PLACE IS MUCH SMALLER THAN ADVERTISED
-THe keys and the doors TO THE ROOMS DONT WORK AND MY FAMILY WAS STUCK outside for HOURS

I’m traveling with my family and small children, for me comfort and convenience were important, which we got. They gave us a baby cot, high chair, helped with luggage, arranged a transfer for us, We have only good memories of this trip.
