Easy to use well designed

We stayed with our 1yo and the apartment was perfect! Very baby friendly with blockout curtains and temperature control in every room, plenty of space and there was a portacot all set up for our arrival which we really appreciated. Fantastic location (although be aware the area is hilly!), very modern apartment and perfectly clean.

The WiFi dropped out quite often and the delay turning on the lights could be a bit annoying. But these were very minor problems for us and did not impact on our great stay.

Unfortunately the property I booked through booking.com with these people ("The Bidnstay Team") was not the property we ended up staying in. The images online when I booked were of a top floor apartment with a skylight, large balcony and views. This apartment had absolutely no view, a tiny balcony and was on the second floor. It was my 50th birthday so we were extremely disappointed. The property refunded me $250 which made it evident that they were in the wrong, however 'bidnstay' never admitted to that. They never once called me, instead sending emails back and forth and only offered a refund of $250 when I demanded something be done, and showed them I had cancelled a booking for the same apartment with airbnb in order to book the more superior/ more expensive apartment with booking.com. They claimed the apartment I originally booked has never been managed by them, which is strange as it can be found on their website!!! The balcony was dirty and the outdoor lounge had cigarette burns and needs replacing. The balcony door did not lock easily, the handle on the bathroom door fell off the first time we attempted to close it, they only provided 4 small bath towels for a three night stay with 4 people. There were no coat hangers, no tissues, the windows were dirty and the kitchen was tiny. Will not be staying again.

Absolutely brilliant location!!! Modern, chic, and comfortable. Totally soundproof and secure.

Only very small details: No beach-towels (maybe that is typical in Australia). I would have liked a couple more plates so we had one for fruit or for serving as well as 4 to use, bigger tea/coffee cups and better coffee.
