Location, parking was available.
Loved the living area, very comfortable and inviting
The bedrooms and kitchen are small but exactly as described and perfect for our stay.

It was a surprise to find that there were 2 bedrooms AND a kitchen as the description on Booking.com seemed to have two different sets of descriptions for the one flat. Confusing! But we really thought the flat was very nice. The double bed was a bit small for 2(!) so we slept individually which worked well. Overall we were very pleased with the flat.
The on-road parking was, initially, a bit awkward finding a space to park, but was easier after the folks (working at B&M?) went home, and of course on the weekend it was fine.
A couple of suggestions (NOT dislikes)..... A small Welcome Folder with info like the Wi-Fi codes, location of, and basic instruction for, the heating controls, and an introduction to places of interest in and around Hawick such as restaurants etc would be useful.

Cosy lounge, close to the centre of town. The kitchen small but was well stocked with cooking utensils etc.
