The location of the property was close to attractions.

Not what we were expecting compared to the pictures. The listing was way up played. This is an old home, located in an old neighborhood that potentially could be unsafe. In my opinion, $200 + a night is not worth the stay here. Uncomfortable beds, no fans at all. Plumbing issue that took away from the only day we had to visit Hot Springs. This property left much to be desired.

Everything nice neighborhood

easy to locate… very close to our destination… beds were great!

Air conditioning was off when we got there so the house was super hot and the A/C was awful. it took forever to cool down. I don’t even want to think about if we’d stayed later in the summer. Also, there were only 2 forks in the kitchen… WTF?

Air-conditioner is very poor took till 3am to get below 78° it could not keep house cooled below 83° during day there is no ceiling fans or any other fans in the house. And yes I understand that is was very hot 🔥 outside

very spacious, smart tv in every room. washer and dryer. cozy porch with seating area.

the a/c was not on when we arrived. it took awhile to cool down in the house with the 90+ degrees outside. and the kids bedroom never completely stays cool in the back of the house, but our kids didn’t mind. on the second day we started seeing roaches. maybe because the house hasn’t been occupied? and the last day when we stripped the sheets off there was a roach under the sheet on the mattress.
