Last time we stayed the pool was a bit warmer. It was still very nice.

Had a great breakfast that was free very good and attentive staff !! Great restaurant nice pool and hot tub !! And you get two beach chairs and umbrella with room rental !!

Location was perfect, beach was great. Staff, for the most part was very friendly with the exception of one desk girl who was a bit rude to us when we bought snacks.

Loved it, the location, the staff is absolutely amazing. The food is slightly inconsistent but overall good. I got terrible inedible fish tacos and a stale blondie

The hot tub was barely warm one of the nights

The location and room were so great here. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. We ate there more frequently than we expected because the dishes were great!

When we first checked in the front staff didn’t give clear directions on how to use the luggage carts. I had a pregnant friend who was as so frustrated and help wasn’t offered until after they noticed she was expecting.

Never had staff replace towels - always had to ask for new towels and they never took our dirty ones

Across the street parking and having to watch for traffic. An overhead pass that crosses the street would make this property a 10! The parking deck is a little scary when it’s dark.

the breakfast was good. I like the fact that there was a variety of different things to choose from and it wasn't the same thing every day

There were so many guest there with dogs. I understand the love people have for their pets but, not everyone likes dogs. The floor I stayed on had dogs barking all the time and I also ran into a few people who dogs seemed to be aggressive toward strangers. One tried to leap toward us and growled and barked loudly at my husband an I as we were walking to the elevators. This is an extremely nice hotel and we asked the front desk if animals were allowed on every floor and we were told yes. I think this should be changed. As a guest spending money I should be able to enjoy a floor without animals

They will charge you resort fees even if on booking.com there’s no resort fees mentioned but be prepared for the surprise and it’s not cheap. They also tried to bamboozle me by double charging my resort fees let alone this surprise—I only stayed one night and they charged me for two. I had to confront the manager for an hour of unpleasant conversation to get the extra night resort fee waived. The management’s attitude and hospitality is just simply a joke to the Hyatt brand 🤡 so choose wisely if you don’t want to get scammed

The breakfast was delicious and loved the a variety of different choices.

The hotel and facilities are beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. The staff was all smiley and friendly. Breakfast was great! A truly lovely stay for us!

Nothing just wish we would have paid for the ocean view room. 🙄

Good location for breakfast, clean, everything was kept picked up and clean during breakfast service.

I didn’t care for the focus on all the food items either being gluten or dairy free products.

It was clean, the staff was great! The pool is big and heated warm enough to swim on a January night. Lots of things to do in walking distance.

If I had to say anything that I didn’t like might be the parking. It is across the street not far but not convenient.

we came here off season for some relaxation so we really don't have anything to complain about.

Breakfast was fare nothings special. scrambled eggs and sausage, other than that just your basic everyday hotel breakfast. It was clean and well kept. not worth the $25.00 resort fee they add on your bill every day.

I made reservations for a one bedroom suite, it was roomy but very sparse and plain. Nothing special about the room, the sofa had a lot of ware on it, no local info in the room not even a channel guide for the TV, I will not stay at this Hotel again.
