We loved our stay. . Perfect location to the Ark and the little town feel was great . . We had a great time 😊

Only one suggestion . . A few more outside chairs near the front entrance 😊

The house was spacious and well layed out for all 19 of us. Beds were comfortable. Having the upstairs unit was great for little's naps and early bedtimes. Kitchens were well equipped with basics. Some larger pots and pans for large groups would be a nice addition. Parking for 5 vehicles was much appreciated. Location was great for visiting the Ark.

I think a basic set of shelves in downstairs kitchen pantry would be a great asset for future renters. It would give storage for all the food and drinks a large group needs. It was wet when we were there so a mop would be nice to have on hand. The house was very clean except for those hard to reach areas. There was quite a bit of dust underneath the large sectional couch. Pretty much impossible to move it for sweeping so thinking if you put it on 2" risers it would give access and make it much easier to clean under. The exterior does not reflect how nice the interior is.

It was a keyless entry, had difficulty getting into the house when we first arrived but they were able to open the door remotely and had no more issue after that.

The house is amazing, I understand they were working on getting set up for renters. Sadly there were areas in the house that were less than clean.
