Location was great for value
Bathtub was hard to get to and shower was impossible. No place to hang towel and thought I booked for double occupancy there was only one towel. Could help if amenities like bath soap or shampoos were available . Hard to fly with liquids.

Sens dubte que és un apartament que no hi falta de res i ideal tant per motius laborals com vacacionals.

Anne is very welcoming and helpful. The place is safe and in an excellent location.
The apartment is a shared apartment which means it can get noisy at times especially for anyone wanting to use the place to work from home. Other than that everything else was great. I would highly recommend it.

The place was really clean and quiet. There is a backup generator, good security.
No private balcony, however there is a big enough balcony on the property to go and get some fresh air

Anne is the perfect host and nothing is to much trouble for her.
Offering a very personal service, I was very grateful to her for picking me up from the ferry and running me to the airport the next morning.
Such a wonderful person and I would love to stay at her apartment again.

Easy short hop to my place of biz. Hostess is very helpful and polite. Drinking water available for free, cooking facilities, fridge/freezer and crockery available.
The location had changed from Bains avenue to Msasani Bay. Dar es Salaam doesn't have street lights so it was challenging finding the place arriving after sunset - luckily the hostess managed to contact me by phone to explain and I have lived in Dar before. But for a total stranger...?

House is nice and clean, kitchen you had all equipment for making own meals, Room r comfy.
The view from the balcony of sea is real fantastic all time. In the building enjoy swimming pool
Anne is a very pleasant host,she’s went extra miles to make sure am comfortable and get what I need for the time I was there.
A great place to stay. Affordable,I recommend and I’ll be back soon

I would start with the fact that the location was not as indicated in the booking (which was important to me). I spent time and money to find this place. The bathroom flooded after taking a shower and the water didn't go away. It was not explained how the air conditioner works. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights, which was quite an expensive price to pay for this experience!

Clean and nice room. Access to balcony, with sun at daytime. Kitchen to be shared with the others staying in other rooms. Anne was very helpful and polite. Access to swimming pool and outdoor area. AC was good to have for one polar bear like me. Access to a shared fridge. All in all we enjoyed our stay there. TV can be used in the shared living room.
The beach nearby was dirty, so better go to Coco beach for swimming. When showering the water runs out into the main room. Not a big problem, we asked for a rag to dry it up and got it. Bathroom was constantly wet on the floor because the floor does not allow to water to go into the drain easily. Would be nice to have a swab there.
No pictures on the walls, would be more cozy if it had some…

The place is comfortable and welcoming... Would highly recommend this. Anne is such a good host. I would come back again.

Close to the beach with nice beach restaurants. Nice view over to the yacht club. Lovely peaceful vibe.

My Host Anne is exceptional she went out of her way to make me comfortable and was helpful when I needed to move around. I definitely recommend 👌 her for anyone looking for accommodation in Dar.
