We're on a family trip and this was our 3rd house from Texas. This house really exceeded our expectations and our previous experiences. It's very clean. We walked to the beautiful beach with our dogs daily.

We really enjoyed the house. It was a perfect weekend getaway with friends. Close to the beach and eateries. Bryce was great to work with it.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beach house. It was a very nice house and well stocked. Short easy access to the beach. I will definitely stay here again.

Close to beach & restaurants. Not fancy, but has everything you need.
Host was quick to respond and helpful. We had some issues with the cleaning of the property, but the host was great to work with and took care of what we needed.

We had a great week and the house was perfect for us. Home was very clean and layout was great. Location is really good 5 minute walk to the beach. Neighbors were really friendly and helpful. Host was great to work with and helpful with any questions. There were 10 of us and my dog and everyone had a great time. This was our 6th or 7th trip to Myrtle Beach in the last 20 years and this place was by far the best. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay here again.

This trip was for my disabled mother for Mother’s Day. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for her. The house was amazing. Great location. Friendly neighbors. Close to everything. Bryce was responsive and checked in on us through our vacation. I would definitely stay here again for our next family vacation.

This condo was perfect for 5 guys in Myrtle Beach to play in a softball tournament! The bedrooms were spacious and there was a washer and dryer which was very convenient. We were 5 minutes from the beach and the condo was one block form Ocean Drive in one direction, and one block from Kings Highway the other direction. Bryce, the owner provided great information and was very helpful. The living room was nice, with plenty of space, and there was a TV in every room. We definitely made the right choice with this one!

The house was very nice and laid out perfectly for our group. The senoir couple had the room downstairs and everyone else was upstairs. We could walk to breakfast at Denny's. We were able to walk down to the beach. Communication was great.

This property was excellent. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and a small dog. We had plenty of room and we could see the beach from the front yard. We can’t wait to return.
