We had good family holidays,very nice and clean apartment with everything you need, building it is very close to the beach wich is perfect but there was a lot of noise due the construction.

A family friendly beach vacation area. Great views of the ocean,sunsets,intercoastal water way,bird sanctuary. Condo was very clean ,spacious, owner was tentative to all needs.

Super close to the beach, pool was great room ,view was amazing. Me and my mom and my girls had a blast.

This place has all the amenities you need for a wonderful beach vacation! So many choices to eat out and short car ride for places to see. I especially loved the beach for all the little shells and soft sands, once done with the beach you can relax pool side in the pool and hot tub or sun bathe by the pool. Early morning coffee out on the balcony listening to the birds. If you feel like cooking in the kitchen is stocked with cook ware or cook steaks out by the pool watch the sunset. Beach chairs and few pool floaties avail for your kids. Next door as mentioned is a bird sanctuary for injured birds found in the area free to walk around. The tolley is wonderful since parking can be little spendy $2.10 per person or $10 unlimited for 5 people gets you to clearwater and other places! ..so much fun our most favorite place to stay in florida😊 Building is geting some upgrades which is going to be beautiful color when done. Owners are ver responsive and have a wonderful place to stay.

Our stay was perfect! The weather was amazing, the water was beautiful, and the condo was very clean, extremely comfortable, and well-stocked. The location of the condo provided a gorgeous view of the sunsets from the beach just a few steps away or right from the kitchen as I was making dinner each evening. The beach wasn't crowded, and we thoroughly enjoyed hearing all of the birds at the bird sanctuary next door. We would LOVE to stay at this location again!

The condo had everything we needed. We loved the balcony and the view of the ocean. The property was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a great condo. Located so close to the beach with fabulous views of the gulf and the bay side. The building was quiet even with the current construction. The condo is well tended to except for the kitchen fan. It needs to be cleaned. Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat!

We loved the location of this condo, near everything, beach, pools, restaurants and nearby attractions. Condo is spacious and view from the balcony was fabulous. Condo had everything we needed. When we arrived we found that the dishwasher was not run and dirty dishes were put in the cupboard. We just loaded the dishwasher and washed everything. Some furnishings are a little worn. More hooks and towel racks for towels and bathing suits would be helpful. Cleaning crew could be more attentive, like replacing burned out bulbs and cleaning a little more thoroughly. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms, but master bath sink had really low water pressure. There was construction, but it was barely noticeable in this unit. The pool was excellent, clean and not crowded. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out of this location was a breeze.

Condo was perfect- great amount of towels, beach chairs, dishes- everything provided generously. Close to beach and pool was warm. Doug very quick to answer questions. Loved walking around Johns Pass, touristy n fun. Many good dining places close by too. Construction was ongoing but certainly didn’t bother us. Other tenants helpful n nice.

Nice condo – well-equipped including towels and equipment for beach/pool. Clean and good info provided for check in and out. Doug was very responsive with a few questions we had, and he provided great information & the resources we needed. Very nice pool area with lots of chairs available at all times. And very handy beach access – not crowded on the beach. We would return in the future.

The condo was everything we could have hoped for! The four of us are in education; we were looking for a relaxing week off, and that’s exactly what we found! The condo was very clean; it had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the balcony was fabulous for bird watching and amazing ocean and intercostal waterway views! The pool area was such a bonus! We used the charcoal grilling area which was great and easy, and the pool/hot tub were always clean and warm. There were plenty of lounge chairs all around the pool area. The beach was wonderful too! We used the trolley as well; we got the week-long pass which was also easy and very cheap, and the pick up points were just just across the street and then a few steps away from the building. We loved the condo and our experience! Yes, there is construction going on, but many of the condos in the area are also doing the same work. Overall, we loved our stay, the general location, and how wonderful the host was to work with! We are looking at our schedules to come back next year!

The unit had a beautiful view of the beach and the gulf. The location is great and watching the birds at the bird sanctuary next door from our balcony was so interesting. We really enjoyed the pool and beach. As there is currently construction on the outside of the building, the parking was an issue. I'm sure that will not be a problem when the construction is complete.

We loved our stay at this property! It was clean and well equipped, providing for a great vacation for our group of 4. All beach items were there for us- towels, umbrella, chairs, beach cart,etc. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and we used this area every afternoon after being on the beach. The beachfront was gorgeous with lots of white sand and clear blue/green water. We enjoyed watching sunsets from our balcony each evening. We will definitely be back for another vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay! There is a very nice view of the ocean with beautiful sunsets from the deck. Pool and hot tub facilities are very nice and we really enjoyed using them. Deck overlooks bird sanctuary, so you need to enjoy watching birds. Doug was very responsive when we had a couple issues. He took care of things right away. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The condo was excellent. Very clean and everything available for the stay. Very clean heated pool and sauna. Very nice beach. The other residents of the building were very friendly. Great waterfront restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes drive. Jogging and biking lanes as far as you want to go. The building is currently under renovation so there's some noise during the day but we will stay again in the future. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location. Had everything they we needed for the week except for beach chairs. Pool and hot tub were great!

Unfortunately the pool heater was broke while we were there until our last day. The owner was very responsive to my concerns. I have 2 young kids and this location was great, the hot tub was nice since it was December and they provided a wagon which was huge for the beach.

All was as represented.

I would stay again, reasonable price, pleasant area.

The house was clean, and provided everything you could want. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coffee pot, washing machine detergent, etc. check check check. Beautful sunset views, easy access to the beach, a nice quiet pool, and restaurants. Comfy beds, nice big porch. And the bird sanctuary.. we donated for the bird entertainment, they are so interesting. Not noisy, but cool to watch come and go. Definitely recommend.

The condo was clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The pool and beach are just steps away. We appreciated the large, well equipped kitchen and the convenience of the washer and dryer. Everyday, we saw different kinds of birds as they visited their friends at the Seabird Sanctuary. We had a wonderful vacation and the owner was always easy to reach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach and pool were only steps away. Condo was clean and well stocked. Very relaxing time away from all stresses of daily living.

Upon arrival the condo was very clean , smelled great an was more than we expected. So glad we chose to stay here , the beach in this area was very clean an hardly any sea weed grass , the owner was helpful with any questions an concerns we had . I will be booking here again . This place was perfect. It matched the description, location was perfect, and Doug was so helpful and understanding. Added bonus very comfortable beds! If we come back to the area I will definitely check with this listing first. Could not of asked for more!

I'll start that I am VERY PICKY vacationer. When I go vacation I want to relax and not work about the small stuff. This location provided all that. Plenty of room to move about and an Awesome kitchen to use to save some money on cooking at "home". Very clean and secure. Met some very nice long term tenets who offered suggestions for local restaurants. Fantastic pool area with the Gulf beaches a football throw away. So many things to do in the area OR do nothing at all. Great and quick responses from the property manager. I know that a good review helps people find a great place to stay and lessens my chance to rebook again at this location. But the facts are just that, the facts and I'll take that risk and hopefully rebook in the future again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....just leave some dates open for us on a future trip !

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 2 kids under 2 years old that slept in pack-n-plays. Great location, much less congested than Clearwater with multiple restaurants a short drive or walk away. Doug was extremely responsive to any request and ensured a good stay. The condo is on the perfect side of the resort so you're not in direct sunlight all day yet perfect view of the sunset from your balcony. We did a lot of searching and wanted a condo on the ocean side of the road and with a pool and this checked all the boxes. We would go back! Johnny & Family

The Sea Bird bird sanctuary was right next door, bring your binoculars, you can see many of the birds from the balcony. The pool and beach are fantastic, the reason we like the condo. For potential renters: 1. Ground coffee maker not KCups. New, nice, and easy to use 2. Go to Nachman’s seafood market, just down the street, for fresh steamed gulf shrimp and fish. Also, surprisingly, some good wine values on highly rated wines. We went twice. 3. Try the Broke and Bored restaurant, walking distance, for a unique take on fresh food. Ate their twice this trip. Dock Side Daves for grouper sandwich, Guppies for fantastic ceviche, and Salt Rock for a more formal upscale seafood evening. Don’t forget Columbia restaurant on Sand Key for a more Spanish influenced dining. 4. We used the washer and dryer throughout our stay. They are newer and work well.

The check-in process was seamless as there is a combination door lock, which also made getting in and out of the unit easy. The host Doug was highly responsive to our messages. The property is private condominiums but feels like a family-friendly resort. It is on the 5th floor which gives an excellent view of both the beach and the inter-coastal across the street. The balcony is double sized (huge) with sliding doors opening onto it from the living room and both bedrooms. The views from the balcony were incredible and we saw amazing sunsets nightly. Next to the property parking lot is a bird sanctuary where they rescue and rehabilitate injured birds in the Tampa Bay region. The balcony looks out onto the bird sanctuary as well and we were thrilled to see many birds nesting in the treetops and hear their happy sounds. The sanctuary has free admission (donations accepted to help feed the birds) and we were able to visit and see the birds up close numerous times. This was an unexpected bonus of this rental. The property also features a heated pool and hot tub which we enjoyed as well. Access to the beach was convenient and we were provided with everything one could want for a great beach experience- an umbrella, chairs, beach toys, beach towels, and a cart to transport it all back and forth to the beach. The unit itself was also fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget you could want allowing us to cook very easily and saving us money by not having to go out for each meal. Another great feature is the washer and dryer which made it very convenient to wash our swimsuits and beach towels regularly. The master bedroom has a private bath, walk in closet, and very comfortable king size bed. We could lay in bed and look out at the ocean. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the pull-out couch in the living room is also a queen. There is an abundance of linens, blankets, pillows for all the sleeping arrangements. We walked for miles on the pristine beach which was clean and full of little shells on the white sand. Speaking of clean, the unit was immaculately clean and updated which was very important to us. Not even a grain of sand on the floor. Of every place we have stayed at in this area over the years this was the hands-down best...
