Very nice condo. Loved being on the 14th floor. Place was very nice and clean. Owners were extremely quick to answer any questions or resolve any problem. The only negative was the couch, not very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay at the Phoenix X multiple times throughout the year. Have stayed in various condos. Most are outdated and run down. This one in particular is nicer than most. They have done some updating, specifically the bathrooms which is nice. Couch was very worn out and extremely uncomfortable, felt like you were sitting on plywood.

Nice and roomy for 3 adults. Great weather on top of that. Loved the view from being up so high, but just wished we could've stayed longer. All in all, just a comfy stay!

Well, we were certainly hoping this rental was as good as our stay at Caribe. Boy did it fall way short! Walked in, thought it would be a nice visit, the TV in the 1st bedroom was shattered internally, so it was useless other than using it for background noise. 2nd bedroom was good. Master bedroom needed a new mattress for sure as it had a huge dipped in spot.
The main bathroom water pressure in the shower was at a very low rate….the shower door wouldn’t slide as we later found out the roller tracks attached to the doors were broken and wore out. (Maintenance man shattered the glass door so I helped him remove the other door so he could put up a shower curtain) Mold was present on the outside of the air vent. The dryer in the unit took 2-3 hours to dry a load (vent blocked), maintenance man worked on that and determined it needed an appliance repair person to put a new mother board inside it and also cleaned 8’ of the vent.
Air conditioning filter was clogged so I scraped away some of the stuff so it could breathe since there wasn’t another filter on-site (air got better for duration of stay)
Not all but quite a few of the dishes were dirty, still had food in some bowls with clean bowls stacked on top.
Bathroom in the master bedroom had significant mold around the air vent.
Also, definitely needs to be noted since nobody knows until they arrive that you cannot smoke OR vape on the balcony. You have to go to the first floor garage smoking area for that.

Loved this condo and thought it looked more beautiful in person. Beds were comfy. Beautiful views. There is not an individual ice machine but there was one in the fridge. Will need to bring basics with you as kitchen only had dishes and only a couple trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 tablet for dishwasher and laundry. I didn’t expect anymore, but just wanted future stayers to be aware. I would stay here again and recommend to all!

Great unit in Phoenix X to soak up all the fun at the beach! Enjoyed the decor of the updated unit. Had a few minor maintenance issues during our stay but they were resolved quickly by the property management company. Plenty of space for the family to spread out or hop on the sectional to watch a movie together. Like that you could walk to a couple different restaurants across the street and on-site beach rental for chairs and umbrellas was a must for us - an added benefit to our stay here.

What you see is what you get. Everything was up to date and in working order like we expect. The condo is clean and ready to hit the ground running when you arrive. This condo is in such a sweet spot also when it comes to restaurants. We honestly besides the interior booked this condo for the view and it did not disappoint. We really appreciate the owners for allowing us to use this gem for a week. Till next time!

My family enjoyed the condo. The location was wonderful, having the Florabama in walking distance made it easy to have entertainment and food close by. The condo was well maintained and had nice amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would make a return visit.

My wife, 13 and 9 year old sons, and I spend a week at this great condo. The unit itself was great. There was a little sand on one of the bed spreads but otherwise the place was very clean and as shown online. For the size of the entire condo unit, the beach and building didn't feel terribly busy. Elevators were always fast and available. The beach was very nice and clean. Really the only complaint was not wanting to sit out the balcony due to so many people smoking on other balconies. Overall wonderful stay!

We stayed in 1413 a few weeks ago and this property was everything it was described to be! We were a family of 4 who stayed with another family of 4. This condo was the perfect size for all 8 of us. The view was amazing and the beach was literally a 2 second walk right out the back door from the condo. The only down fall of our trip was the jelly fish but that was only mother natures fault! Overall we would stay at this condo again! Thanks for the wonderful vacation and memories!

The condo looks just like it does on the website. Check-in was a breeze. You were required to where a wristband the whole time that you were staying at the resort. We were not particularly fond of this idea. When we arrived at the condo it was clean, and everything was in place. The bed in the Master bedroom was to our liking and in fact all the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were adequate. The towels for the all the bathrooms need to be updated. They showed their wear. They should recommend bringing your own shampoo and bathroom soap. All the TV's worked that we had used. Also, we used the washer and dryer to do a couple of loads of laundry. Worked perfectly. The patio had an outstanding view of the Gulf. I would recommend this condo to anyone. It's large enough for 10 people as it states on the website.

This place had EVERYTHING! The condo is as pictured and comes with all the essentials, pots, pans, knives (that were still sharp), keurig, blender, etc. not only did they have the essentials, but they were all new and worked really well. We could not have asked for a better place! The view is beautiful, the condo is beautiful, and we have the best time!

The property is newly renovated, modern, comfortable with astonishing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. I highly recommend it for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. There are indoor and outdoor pools and the beach is fabulous. The property manager’s responses were within minites. It was the perfect stay!

This is a great Phoenix 10 unit! I've stayed here a number of times over the years for mullet toss. Usually the rooms have popcorn ceilings and are nice but a little outdated. This room however is completely updated and decorated as nicely as anything you can find in orange beach. Also the master bedroom king bed mattress maybe is the softest I've ever slept on, going home to buy a new one it was so comfy! Outdoor furniture on balcony is also new and comfortable. This was a perfect stay for our group of 5 adults and a great mullet toss weekend!
