Great location and backyard area/pool. The house was clean and spacious, and it was nice to have the apartment upstairs. We will definitely be back again!!!!!

We have two sons, their wives, and two granddaughters. The house was ideal for our group and, being located in a beautiful neighborhood a block from the beach, delighted our granddaughters. Overall the family get together in Lido was perfect. One additional comment about the house, everything needed was provided. We could have moved in immediately and needed to buy nothing.

This was a great private retreat for our family and friends for three weeks. The landlord was very responsive to minor issues and it's location is incredible. It worked well for us but future renters should know that the bedroom with the twin beds is be suited to young children of a couple staying in the master. Also, the 4th bedroom upstairs is like a mini-apartment and is awesome for older teens and young adults or a couple. It's entrance is on the exterior of the house. Overall, we loved our experience and the landlord was fantastic. The pool was a great temperature and we enjoyed short walks to the beach and St. Armand's. We'd rent here again for sure!

checkin- water was off because they didn't pay their bill, air did not cool, shower drained was stopped up before you could get through showering, grass needed cutting.

Lovely home
Very live-able home in a great location with a nice pool, within walking distance of the town of Sarasota and the beach. Good for our family of 8. We had a great time. Linda, owner, was very helpful.

Amazing location on Lido key!
Fantastic location on Lido key with easy access to a beautiful beach. The house was clean and comfortable but the layout was unusual with one bedroom accessible through another (or outside) and another small apartment upstairs. The pool was nice but there could be additional accommodations outside to eat or relax. Great value but expect the basics.

Love love love. Made memories for a lifetime with our girls and family. Had an incredible time with a perfect layout. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and accommodation.
